The butterscotch Blondie is to die for! It’s soooooo good. I tried the coffee cake muffin and Oreo cake as well. I went after work so a lot of things were sold out already – just means I’ll have to make a trip on a weekend sometime!
Everything still tasted fresh! The Blondie was my overall favorite. The cake is moist and dense, the kind you have to eat in two sittings. The muffin has a great flavor to it, it’s done right.
There’s a coffee shop right across with a nice array of seating – it was super busy though, I couldn’t see a free table at 4pm. Still it seems like a great place, will keep it in mind for when guests come from out of town.

This bakery is in a great location and shares a synergistic relationship with Indie Coffee Roasters. With that said I’ve enjoyed a number of their croissants, muffins and scones while enjoying an amazing cup of coffee.
Today, I had three bites of the Chocolate Caramel Hazelnut Gâteau and was incredibly disappointed that it lacked flavor. The chocolate perimeter was lifeless in taste and the ‘dark’ chocolate in its center had only mild notes of cocoa at best. No notes of caramel were present and this dessert lacked a rich filling in between a spongy layer of cake.
I returned the cake—minus 3 bites— and shared that I didn’t like it and asked for a chocolate muffin instead. Imagine my surprise when I was told that other people liked it instead of…. Wow I’m so sorry it didn’t work out and what can I do to make it right for you. Also, I was expected to pay for the muffin.
A petty and poor business practice.
I’ll continue enjoying a great cup of coffee and attentive customer service with the folks at Indie Roasters and will be passing on the pastries from Le Petit from now on

I tried this place for the first time in December and wow is all I have to say. I had the chocolate croissant first, loved it so much that a got a raspberry pistachio croissant for the road. The crust is flaky and butter and the inside is heaven. I was very impressed with there selection. I also bought their homemade trail mix and that was amazing too. The only problem is I don’t live close enough to Le Petit Gateau. Outstanding food, service was fantastic and love that they’re right across from a coffee cafe.

Tried Almond Croissant from Le Petit Gateau after a great deal of recommendation from a friend, I would say it’s totally worth the hype.
It’s flakey, fresh and perfectly sweet and well paired with a cup of coffee.
Also, tried their crème brulle croissant too, the custard was so mild and tasted perfect. I would definitely go back to other the other items.☺️

Stopped by this coffee shop today and was seriously impressed. Hands down some of the best chai tea I’ve ever had — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. They also have a great variety of desserts, so there’s something for every craving. Cozy atmosphere and definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

I am normally an almond croissant loyalist but the Oreo croissant may have stolen the crown. The traditional was, well, traditional…but in the best way possible: buttery, flaky, and delicious. No wrong choices here! Thrilled that this location is so close to home. The phone didn’t get a chance to eat first so you’ll just have to go see the hype yourself.

What a nice pairing with Indie Coffee Roasters. I’ve always enjoyed LPG’s pastries but today I had their load potato soup, and I just want more. It’s the perfect cup of Winter soup, so hearty and rich, with a nice creamy and a texture that reminds me of twice baked potatoes. I finished the cup and wanted more, the supreme compliment for a good meal.

I was craving chocolate and like rich good chocolate and who can’t think of Le Petit Gateau. It’s a bakery within Indy coffee roasters and they mostly take orders but they also have a good variety of breads, croissants, brownies and muffins so you may get lucky with what you are craving for. Atleast that’s my experience. Service was pretty quick and I ordered and left in less than 5 minutes

Some friends took my wife to the Fishers farmers market yesterday, and they took her straight to Chris for good reason. The English muffins are fantastic. Soft and pillowy even after toasting, exactly the right amount of salt, and split easily by hand. The croissant I tried last night (before she got the rest of it!) was also delicious — flaky, buttery, lightly sweet. So glad we got this recommended.
