Shared two great dishes with a friend. Very berry french toast with bacon and the Drifter skillet. The fruit and ricotta in the French toast was so flavorful. And we were really pleased with amount of vegetables, broccoli and green peppers along with potatoes and poached eggs. Service was attentive and balanced.

We always enjoy eating here. The service is great, especially from Ailin. She remembers our son and how he normally orders his favorite dish. They have good coffee and the best French toast, full stop. Every dish we’ve tried has been great. We’ve definitely become regulars here!

Huge gluten free menu, so I had to give them 4 stars. Kudos for that. The food is average for a restaurant chain. Good portions. My GF waffle was good, not great. I should have tried the GF French toast or benedicts. My husband enjoyed his omelette. And the mocha was great.

We went here after trying the Denver Biscuit Company (granted, it was a Sunday, but the wait was 45 minutes to an hour). We waited 10 minutes and was seated. Reasonable prices and great food. They took care of us with great service! Definitely will be back to try it again.

The food is always served quickly and it’s always great. Even during peak times, we’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes.

Our favorite server is Ren. She literally lights up the room! She has such a beautiful personality and is so attentive! Her smile is so infectious and she just makes the entire dining experience worth coming back. Ren!

What a great find Le Peep is for breakfast!!!!!!!

We happened to be passing through and stopped. It’s gigantic inside but looks small from the outside. Lots of parking. Tastefully arranged with lots of tables, and friendly staff. Tables are already set up with glasses and a carafe of lemon water. What a lovely touch! The menu is quite extensive with the largest selection of eggs benedict I’ve ever encountered. The portions are quite large. I had the Baja Benedict, and my husband had one of the skillets. Hubby said the veggies were absolutely fresh and not frozen and the eggs on top were cooked so perfectly. I had pancakes on the side also. Incredibly perfect, not too sweet, but just right. Neither of us could finish! Very reasonably priced at $40 for both of us. Yes, the bathrooms were clean. I hope we can go back for lunch, and we definitely will be back for breakfast!!!!!!!

We got here super early (before 8). So it was quiet, just a few tables, so we were seated immediately. The first thing is: they don’t serve alcohol. Which was disappointing; however the food was good. Hubby got Rock Lobster scramble. I got Baja Benedict. Kiddo got grilled cheese with fruit. Everything was delicious. Good portions. I couldn’t finish mine. Hollandaise was super tasty. I really liked the potatoes. They weren’t too crispy but not too soft either & so flavorful. Back to not having alcohol: so that means as we sat there I noticed the majority of people are families with small kids and older folks. So if you’re looking for a stiff bloody Mary, like myself, for brunch… or looking for a hip vibe.. this isn’t your place. I have a Mohawk at the moment & heavily tattooed. And noticed I got some looks from the family the table over. Especially when I tried to order a Mimosa & the waitress had to let me down easily. I had to give 3 stars for being non-alcoholic friendly. And the fact that I thought I left judgmental looks back in the deep South. Also, bill came to $50. Which was surprising for 2 adults & 1 kid without alcohol.

Remarkable Review
This place as been on our list for a while now. Finally decided to check it out after my husband’s brunch fell through someplace else.

It was about a 15 minute wait for brunch time. We were okay with sitting outdoors in the tents that they put up. It was cute and cosmetic at a glance. I didn’t like that the table was damaged and wobbly or the mess around the tent that we had to look at while dining, but it was okay.

My husband ordered a blended coffee drink which still had chunks of ice in it, so maybe sleepy just won’t get that type of drink if we come back. The service was fast despite them being busy and The food was so amazing. I really enjoyed the churro French toast. We had tons of left overs as the portions are a nice size. All and all, I’d go back. It was a great pick up to the downer bunch fail we previously had.

This place is cozy with excellent service. The food is also really good and they even have gluten free options for many items, such as gluten free french toast and waffles. I love the full breakfasts and quiet seating area to catch up with family and friends.
