Hidden Gem! Tucked into the lobby of the Tri-Health Rec Center, just off I-71 and Pfeiffer Rd. In town for a wedding, missed breakfast at the Hampton Inn, looking for a place with healthy breakfast options. Full-service menu, great food, nice atmosphere on a Saturday morning. Super quick and easy. Friendly staff and kind owner, very attentive. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the only things cooked properly required little skill (sausage and eggs). The pancakes I ordered were both burnt and bitter. Both my and my friend’s potatoes were not burnt but super hard, almost like reheated stale potatoes (???). I was not feeling confrontational to send the food back, which I am sure that they would fix it. The service staff was lovely however! They make you tip before you get the food and I sure hope that tip did not go to the cooks.

Great little cafe inside the Tri-Health Rec Center. You do not need to be a member of the rec center to go, but be aware you will hear people working out while you are there. This wasn’t an issue for us at all. Service was truly wonderful – Trent was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. Food was great and portions were large for the price. No wait and a laid back atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy, casual brunch spot
