Clean, we were greeted immediately and escorted to a booth, but then again, the place was not busy at all. The waitress was nice, but the food, although it looked good, was so bland, I asked to substitute the potatoes for toast and she said no, well they were not good, I would have rather they gave me an extra egg, for the scrambled eggs since the portion of eggs were so small, compared to those potatoes, bacon was so dry and the coffee, well I’ve had better and the pancakes, I had high hopes for those, they looked so good, but these were the worst pancakes I’ve had . The place was way too quiet and food is overpriced. Will NOT come back or recommend.

The last experience here, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to come back. Today’s experience changed it, starting with the host, he was friendly and sat us promptly. Hannah was our waitress and she was attentive, efficient, and also friendly. I love the Hollandaise sauce and the hash browns.

I love it. Was my birthday so we did shots. They brought out everyone, and the tequila Bull cameout too. The tequila song was playing. Can’t wait to come back.

Solid breakfast experience. Most items on the menu are perfect for sharing due to large portions. Mocha was OK, but a little pricey at $5 for a fairly small cup.

Wife and I decided to have a Brunch date before I had to go to work today. I got their Rock Lobster Scramble. It was literally the most creamy, delicious, buttery scramble I’ve ever had and I would get it 10x over in a heart beat. My wife got their Avocado Toast and a side of their Peasant Potatoes which she said was spicy and yet creamy and cool with the over easy egg on the top. They have a Pancake of the Month and this one is Apple Crisp Pancakes. You will not need the syrup for these I promise. They are perfectly sweet and even though they sat while we ate our meal they were still very much piping hot! I highly recommend this location to come to for sure.

I haven’t dined at a La Peep restaurant in ages, accidentally found this one because everywhere else had a long wait time for a Sunday morning. We arrived and were quickly seated. Amanda H was our waitress. She brought us a decanter of water and menus. I was very pleasantly surprised to see so many wonderful options on the breakfast menu. My wife ordered the Rock Lobster scramble and I couldn’t decide between the biscuits and gravy or the huevos rancheros. I decided to try the biscuits. Wow, they were delicious. Chunks of breakfast sausage in a thick white gravy. The lobster scramble was literally .
Amanda was very courteous and full of joy. Thank you for such a great service.

The food was delicious as well as the chai tea latte. Evelyn M was our server and we couldn’t have had a better server! She was so nice and cheery and made our 1st trip to this location amazing. We definitely will be back!

Food was great, espresso not so much. It was over extracted which lead to a burnt after taste. Similar to the after taste you get when you eat burnt popcorn but I still drank it. Wife asked for no cream cheese on her dish but still came with it. Other than that we will definitely return!
