For a chain restaurant the food was pretty good. The only things that weren’t on point was the side of grits came out barely warm, and the omelette was ordered without cheese but it came with cheese that I scraped off the top and put to the side (I’m not allergic, I just don’t want the added fat, cholesterol and calories of cheese)

Tried Le Peep because of a groupon. I didn’t realize this was a chain, but it’s a very small chain nationwide. I went to the location on Hillsboro. Adorable restaurant that’s open from 7am to 2pm. Great menu, good prices. Love that they make their own hot chocolate, it’s not a mix. Ordered a couple of breakfast items, including the Monte Cristo crepes. They clearly make their own breakfast potatoes and everything else from scratch at the restaurant. I ordered to go. Staff was very friendly and very helpful when I was asking for recommendations as to what to order. Both items, the hash brown benedict and the monte cristo crepes were terrific. Good portion sizes and a nice fresh fruit side. Look forward to going back and ordering again.

Love this restaurant and come here all the time. Great breakfast foods and solid salads and sandwiches if you don’t want breakfast. Sometimes the service can be slow, but today we had Brian as our server and he was awesome. Best server we’ve ever had here.

Always a 5 star review. This “Franklin” location is our go to for breakfast. Our server this week was Brian, a first time server. We had a large party with very specific requests and he absolutely nailed it. Thank you Brian and LePeep. Always an enjoyable experience.

Delicious brunch – Omni Omelet was so good! Seated quickly and service was wonderful! Brian went above and beyond to make our experience (which included 3 young children) amazing. He was attentive, polite, and responsive to our requests. Will definitely be back!
