Decent place for breakfast. Wide variety of items on the menu. The food quality is also decent. And fairly priced. The service is a little bit slow. The dining room set up is a bit dense and therefore uncomfortable when close to capacity. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was below power, but the dish itself was decent. I’ve checked the box on dining here. Would recommend it to others, but potentially will not go back.

Warm and friendly service. Excellent food options and also fast service. I have been here with family multiple times and have always had consistent service.
Wait time is not a lot. But I recommend arriving here before 9:00am as any later and you will see a long line forming in the lobby extending out of the restaurant!
Very high in demand for all the right reasons!
Highly recommend!

Lovely chill feel in the restaurant and our server Brianna was amazing and so kind. We shared a lumberjack and made the pancakes banana brown sugar. Those were the yummiest pancakes i’ve ever had, so flavorful!

Breakfast was amazing! They even had healthy options that were just as tasty. The variety was impressive, and the staff was friendly and quick with service.

We visited this place with my husband over the weekend. I hadn’t planned to go there, but after seeing the long line and hearing that they serve delicious breakfasts, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed because I found a hair in my dish. The staff immediately apologized, removed the dish from the bill, and even gave a discount on another one. The waitresses were very polite. My husband enjoyed his meal, but unfortunately, after that incident, I couldn’t eat mine.

In case others also were looking for pics of non breakfast items, I felt a civic duty to post pictures of my Tuna Melt. It was delicious and is made with mayo (ie the right way).
Also our waitress Sabrina was fun, friendly and helpful!

I had breakfast here with some friends. The service was very fast. We didn’t have to wait on a table, opened the door, and were greeted and seated. The server was very attentive, never letting our drinks go low in the glass and constantly checking to see if we needed anything. I had the southwestern omelet without sour cream. The omelet was the biggest one I’ve had at a restaurant by far. The chorizo, onions, green chilies, and cheese were very delicious, served with peasant potatoes, and it all made a great mix. I went back for the breakfast burrito to go. It was a huge breakfast burrito. It came with sour cream, salsa, choice of grits or peasant potatoes. I didn’t get any sides but the burrito was enough. In the picture, it looks like a big messy burrito but it was delicious! The menu has a lot of items to choose from that even the pickiest eater will find something to order. Depending on how busy it is, you might have to park at the side of the building. The front parking lot is small and shared with other shops. But don’t let that discourage you. Le Peep has good food, just waiting for you to try it.

One piece of toast cut in half, came with a la carte, a sprinkle of cheese in the grits was a $1.50, adding an extra eggs scrambled was $2.50, was only about four teaspoons of grits in my cup of grits. I previously enjoyed going there, used to be a good place to eat, service is still good but they’re cutting back on their portions, and still charging more money. Not impressed anymore. Stacks I Waxhaw is a better bang for the buck…

This is a pretty good place to get breakfast. The food isn’t knock your socks off but it certainly is not bad. I don’t really have any complaints, fair price for fair food. One thing that Le Peep does stand out for is the milk base Hot Cocoa! I get so sick of other restaurants using water base. Overall I would recommend Le Peep and I would and have returned here.
