I’m not a food critic. I rarely leave reviews and when I do it’s to warn others of bad service or rude people. This place was AMAZING! We stumbled upon it as other nearby larger restaurants were filled. We were a party of 8 and the folks that ran the restaurant could not be more accommodating.
We had to wait a few minutes for a table to open up while they held another table for us. So glad we waited. It’s a very eclectic, unique spot. The staff was so fun and friendly. The menu is small but there’s something for everyone at very reasonable prices.
Honestly this was one of my best dining experiences ever. It may go down as the best. The cocktails were exceptional. The staff was just plain fun. I live two and a half hours away and I’d come back to this area just for this place.

Rum punch & loaded sweet potatoes are stellar. Bartender hand crunches ice with a wood hammer. An experience.

Intimate and relaxed vibe evoking a speak-easy of yore, this new addition to the Bridge Street dining constellation is a welcome oasis after the heat of a summer weekend afternoon visiting this quaint Western Massachusetts town. Menu is strategically limited for excellence yet varied enough to satisfy a plethora of palates. The drinks list is impressive with in-house cocktails crowning their extensive selection. Open since December 2023, this #lowkeybougie establishment has hit the sweet spot of reasonably-priced food, excellent food execution, and a fun and adventurous drink menu. Worthy of a second and third visit. Staff were charming and on top of the table service. Highly recommended.

One of the better sit-downs we’ve been to in all of western MA. Stylish, NOLA speakeasy-like interior, cool ambience, friendly and attentive service.
Very robust and well curated drink list, trim & sensible menu, and probably most importantly, excellent quality food. I got the burger which was clearly made of high-quality ingredients & perfectly cooked, fries were the best I’ve had in a while. My partner got the clam chowder which was as delicious as it should be anywhere in Mass.
Overall an excellent experience, we will be back many times. Watch out Shelburne Falls, Le Peacock is raising expectations!
Edit: back in again today and can confirm that this is the best freaking burger & fries I’ve had in New England. Just to die for.

It should be noted that except for the weekends, the meals are pre-prepared and reheated. They call that a “Server’s Menu.” While tasty, the meals were served ice cold. We sent them back and they were corrected. The problem is if I wanted microwaved food, I could have done that at home. The food prices were reasonable, but the cost of drinks was high. I’d give them another chance, but only on the weekend.

Instantly became our favorite restaurant in the valley. We tried five dishes and they were all delicious. The service was so warm and friendly without being intrusive. The only thing we would change is to make it a touch darker. Will definitely be back!

Went for a date night on a thursday. Pretty busy but didn’t need a reservation. Got the charcuterie plate, two of the burgers and a signature cocktail. Great burgers, perfectly cooked. Strong drinks, nice atmosphere. Was a good noise level considering how many people. Will be back!
