Great food with superb services.
Well, basically the waiter will sit beside you, yes, beside you and patiently explained their menu and with great suggestion if you are a first timer here. Luckily the starter were able to do it in half half, I kinda forgot what’s the name the starter comes with cooked with onion and another fried, and it tasted superb.
We had some suggested menu and dessert and never regret it.

We arrived in Genoa on saturday and were looking for a place to have dinner. We chose this place because it had really good reviews but after all it was a disappointing experience. Our table was squeezed right next to the door, giving us a hurried vibe. The staff recognised us as tourists and therefore tried to push us to decide quickly for things like wine and food. We ended up getting a bottle of red wine and each had different dishes. The food came quick, but maybe too quick: the grilled vegetables were cold (so not made freshly) and the pork felt like the sole of a shoe. We ended up paying 90€ with three people, which was the most expensive and least tasty food we got in Genoa.

Tagliata was good so was tartar and the fried artichokes, wine also excellent. Receipt bothered us, photo attached. It was funny that the waiters avoid eye contact and they even did not say goodbye

Seriously, this place is fantastic!
We were lucky enough to get a table when we dropped in, but reservation is recommended.
The place was filled with local regulars (good sign!).
The level of service and the delicious food was top notch.
So glad we happened to find this little pearl!
Their homemade pesto (om top of a good steak) and the Tiramisu – wow…
Just go there.

Strongly suggested to book in advance! Owners and staff are wonderful. A meat experience at high level! If you are not sure about which red wine to drink with your steak, ask Stefano for a of ba-bo tasting
