Excellent dining experience. Our waiter was one of the best we’ve ever had. The apple salad was scrumptious. My halibut was excellent. The wife had a 6oz filet. It was a 7/10. It was slightly over cooked and could use more salt/garlic salt or butter. I prefer a seasoned steak vs one that just tastes meaty. We’ll definitely be back again.

The food and service were amazing! We were lucky enough to go on white truffle month! We had several dishes with white truffle, including lobster and risotto as well as the egg yolk ravioli. The escargot was beautifully, presented pot pie style, and chock full of snails. None of which were rubbery! It was delicious. And a perfectly cooked ribeye as well. The best crème brûlée I’ve ever had…not too sweet. And the best thing we had was his fois gras tart with a sautern gelee and a topping that tasted like an apple pie brunois. Delicious! He said he had been working on that recipe for 15 years! It’s perfection! Servers, Rose and Alex, did a great job tableside and were very knowledgeable about the menu and the chef. Chef Adam came to our table several times and we loved getting to know him. It’s truly hard to believe he is self-taught! A very accomplished chef. We look forward to going back next week.!

Uri was our server and he did an excellent job, this was by far the best food I’ve ever had in my life today I realized I’m not a big fan of crème brûlée. I didn’t know they was made of with eggs the taste, threw me off

Other than that, everything was phenomenal absolutely an amazing experience
We got the Oyster Louis and Shrimp Cocktail APPETIZERS. For main course we got Lamb and Scallops, for sides we got Truffle Fries and Smoked Cream Corn. For dessert we got two crème brûlée and four espresso shots

After hearing mixed reviews, I decided to give LeMoyne a try. The ambiance was nice and inviting, but overall, I wasn’t impressed with the food. It was decent, though I’ve certainly had better.

For appetizers I started with the crab cake and oysters, and the crab cake was good, but I’ve had better; oysters were good. For my entrée, I ordered the filet with the Oscar and a side of smoked creamed corn. The corn was overwhelmingly smoky, to the point that it burned my throat, so I swapped it for mashed potatoes instead. The lobster tail with butter was good, and the Conecuh macaroni was average, nothing special.

My waiter was amazing; he did an exceptional job explaining the menu and making recommendations.

We had an amazing dinner tonight at Le Moyne’s Chophouse located in the beautiful Admiral Hotel. The dining room is small but inviting with quiet lights and elegant decor. Jessica was a delightful guide throughout our experience. She greeted us with a gentle history of the hotel and restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating! Chef Adam truly knocked it out of the park! The Truffle Gnocchi is to die for and the table side Wagyu literally brought tears to my eyes. We also had Colossal Scallops and the 12oz Filet with a variety of accompaniments. No dinner would be complete without Tres Leche bread pudding and a fantastic espresso martini (I had them add Bailey’s to mine, which is why it’s so light in the photo)! So many thanks again to Jessica and Chef Adam for an unforgettable birthday dinner!

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time here. Our overall experience was great, the food was delicious starting from the appetizer to the dessert! The service was outstanding and atmosphere was very pleasant! 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon. The filet mignon was succulent, lobster tail had great flavor paired with creamy Mac n cheese with Brussel sprouts. Everything was seasoned perfectly!!!

Update:
Service was slow throughout the evening. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone introduced themselves or offered water or bread. If you have time constraints, plan to allow at least two hours for a party of 2–4.

Pre-bussing was minimal and only occurred when entrées were delivered (we ordered apps, salads, etc) Attentiveness was inconsistent; we had to seek out staff multiple times for water refills and bread, despite asking our server throughout the meal. We attempted light conversation, but interactions felt scripted and impersonal.

It gives movie vibes;
you can eat, stare out the window, and watch the hustle of Mobile. Perfect if you’d rather observe strangers than make small talk with your date.

I came for the beef Wellington , a dish you almost never see executed well in Mobile , and they delivered magnificently. The pastry was golden, crisp, and evenly laminated, not soggy or underbaked like so many places attempt and fail. The mushroom duxelles had depth: earthy, aromatic, and seasoned with intention rather than as an afterthought. The tenderloin itself was cooked to a true medium-rare, still juicy, with that clean, buttery texture you expect but rarely get. Each component held its own, and together they created that perfect bite where the pastry crackles, the duxelles melt, and the filet speaks for itself. It’s the kind of Wellington that tells you someone in the kitchen actually respects the technique.

The crab cake was one of the freshest I’ve had in Mobile. Light, clean, and flavorful without the heavy filler so many places rely on.

The blue cheese wedge was a pleasant surprise. The pickled onions added brightness, and the bacon brought that trendy fine-dining flair. A well-balanced, enjoyable starter.

My filet was cooked exactly to the temperature requested — tender, nicely cut, and seasoned well.

Service, however, was a little off. It took quite a while for anyone to acknowledge us after being seated, and refills were slow to arrive. Clearing the tables took a while. If you’re on a time constraint, give yourself extra room to fully enjoy the meal without stress. This does not take into account the time it takes to successfully prepare the beef Wellington. That’s an understandable waiting period and worth the wait.

But what is a nice cherry on top: right across from the dining area is a bar with a grand piano. It rounds out the entire atmosphere with a cinematic touch — city vibes, warm lighting, and the perfect view if you prefer to people-watch or collect conversation material while you dine.

Overall, a strong experience with standout dishes. I usually visit RC but this has knocked RC off the pedestal for me. Especially since this place is open later on Saturday.

Came for our Wedding anniversary and had a fantastic time. The tomahawk steak was amazing and perfectly cooked/seasoned. Alex and Sydney were very cordial and made it a wonderful experience. Will be coming back for future special occasions.

Amazing experience! We went for my wife’s birthday dinner and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were great. The steaks for cooked to perfection. Great flavor on the steak, which is hard to find. My favorite side were the Brussel sprouts. The conecuh Mac and cheese was good too.
