Cozy 2-story Belgian eatery, opened in 1979, with exposed brickwork, stripped floors & gilt mirrors.

Le Marmiton in Brussels – Restaurant Reviews, Menu and Prices
Reviews
We don’t really like the rabbit leg, it’s a bit Stringy.
Reservations are recommended 1–2 days in advance. We didn’t book ahead and the restaurant was fully booked, but luckily they squeezed us in for an hour. It was a bit of a rush, but we really enjoyed the meal!
– Accommodated us last minute to fit us in on a Saturday evening.
– Seafood very fresh tasting and not one bit of grit in my entire moules dish.
– The pricing is very fair especially considering the quality.
Was expecting a pleasant meal out but was turned into a special occasion by the staff, cannot recommend enough. I have eaten at Michelin guide restaurants which do not stand up to my experience at Le Marmiton, visit if you can.
The food was absolutely delicious. Service was also superb.
Due to its constrained area, the ambience is a little condensed but this is just me being extremely picky.
The cheese croquettes are fabulous. I could eat buckets of those.
Unfortunately, the main dishes didn’t live up to the same standard. The mussels lacked freshness and tasted like something you could get from a supermarket. The fish stew was okay, but it wasn’t memorable. We left feeling a bit disappointed with the food.
