We really wanted to like this restaurant, but overall it was fairly underwhelming. We ordered the beef carpaccio, pho, and beef fried rice.
The pho wasn’t much different from what you can get at many more affordable places. Aside from the wagyu beef, it honestly felt like it could have been any regular beef and the dish would have tasted about the same.
The beef fried rice tasted very buttery and greasy. I’m not sure what they used, but it felt quite heavy. The beef carpaccio was okay. My favorite dish ended up being the pho because the portion was generous, which I appreciated.
The service also wasn’t top notch. When we arrived there was no one at the service desk, and we didn’t get water for a while. We were later told the staff was in a meeting, but it would make sense to have at least someone available to help guests even if there are internal matters going on.
For a little over $100, the overall experience just didn’t feel very satisfying.

This is my second time here. We were excited to get the roasted bone marrow but it seems like they took it off the menu a while ago. So we got the wagyu pho w/ bone marrow instead. While bone marrow is always good, it did turn the pho mushy and the broth had a dark and heavy flavor, meatier too. It had a lot going on so the flavor of the pho got muddled. The banh khot was really good tho!! The fish sauce wings also had a dark and heavy flavor, I would say because it’s smoked. The drinks were okay and the food was still good, I think we were just expecting bright flavors rather than dark flavors. The staff were great and attentive. And the place is cute! Would come again.

Le Madeline has an inventive menu and a beautiful presentation, but unfortunately the execution fell short across multiple dishes.
While the concepts sounded exciting, nearly everything we tried lacked seasoning and depth of flavor. Several dishes felt flat and would have benefited from salt, acidity, or heat to bring them to life.
The beef cheeks were overly fatty with very little balance, making the dish feel heavy rather than rich. The crawfish noodles were particularly disappointing—the texture was oddly mushy and unpleasant, which detracted from what could have been a standout dish. The wings arrived without enough sauce or seasoning to make them enjoyable, and the banh khot, despite looking great, was almost completely flavorless.
Cocktails were fine, and the menu itself shows creativity and ambition, but good ideas alone aren’t enough. Overall, this was a meal with a lot of promise that didn’t translate to the plate. With better seasoning and more attention to texture and balance, this could be much stronger—but as it stands, it was underwhelming.

An absolutely one-of-a-kind Gem, Le Madeline provides an experience like no other. The menu is always creative and fresh no matter the season, the dishes are seasoned to perfection, and the ambiance is inviting and speaks to the authenticity they provide. This is not just a restaurant, but a cornerstone in the community, brought to life by a wonderful team of genuine people creating unforgettable experiences. Thank you to everyone on the team for making every visit here one for the books, and making it so obvious that you put your heart into every little piece of it.

This was one of my favorite meals on our trip. The combination of flavors was special and the doneness of everything was the best you could get. Tender beef, sizzling lettuce wraps, tasty chicken wings, and the Cajun crawfish all delectable. Thai ice tea was good as well.
Finished off with a chocolate tart, for the ultimate sweetness kick.

Just super delicious modern interpretations of Vietnamese food.
Garlic noodles are a big Viet-American thing and I can confidently say this is the best version I’ve ever tried. The lobster roll and fried rice were also addictive.

The restaurant has nice interior design and a cozy vibe, but the food was not good. Ordered pho/soup noodles and probably they were the most tasteless Vietnamese noodles I’ve ever had. Flavorless, and the rice noodles were cooked too much that they broke into small pieces in the soup. Service was nice though, but will not visit again for the food.

First visit during New Year’s Eve. I loved the food, awesome staff. As a vegan, I still found satisfying options. Will definitely go back when in town.

Dinner was delicious! I’d describe it as creative comfort food. We really liked the Viet Cajun crawfish noodles, shaken beef, lobster roll, smoked wings, and two desserts – banana cheesecake and espresso crème brûlée. I personally loved the French onion dip too though the household was more mixed on this. Our server was amazing and gave great suggestions. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Taking Vietnamese food to the next level at a good value. You will find all your favorites updated with some new twists. Try the flavorful beef carparccio and their creative cocktails. While it was not busy during lunch time, service was excellent.
