I’ve been coming to Le Jardin regularly since July 2025 and the service here is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. One of the waitresses in particular really stands out. She’s incredibly attentive, always welcoming, and somehow remembers regulars and their usual orders, which makes the place feel a lot more personal.
She’s also great at recommending food and hookah flavors, and every recommendation I’ve tried has been spot on. Small things like that really make the experience better.
The lounge itself has a great atmosphere for relaxing, studying, or just hanging out with friends, but great staff like her are what make the place special. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area.

Great atmosphere and hookah. As for the food, beware unless you enjoy eyelashes in your food. I wasn’t the only one who experienced this too. Thankfully, my server was nice about it and offered a refund and a new plate on him.

Our waitress Siwar ( a girl from Tunisia she said )was absolutely amazing tonight, she suggested the love hookah flavor which was a great flavor. And helped picking hour drinks for us. Her service was extremely friendly and professional. the place looked very cosy and inviting from the inside. I’m definitely coming back:).

I had a very poor experience at Le Jardin Hookah. The bathrooms were in unacceptable condition and not maintained properly. Service was unprofessional and dismissive, and management showed little concern for customer satisfaction. The food was of very low quality and did not meet expectations. I also experienced prejudice in the way I was treated, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I noticed what appeared to be underage guests being served, which is a serious concern. Overall, this business urgently needs to address issues with cleanliness, service, food quality, and fair treatment of customers.
This place is a disaster. Bathrooms are filthy, food is disgusting, and the service is rude and careless. Management has a terrible attitude and treats people with prejudice. I even saw what looked like underage people being served. Stay away from this place — it’s unsafe, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

La Jardin is truly a hidden treasure. The moment you walk in, the vibes hit you warm, elegant, and effortlessly inviting. Their desserts are next-level, especially their Kunafah ! The teas and coffees? Exceptional
But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. A huge shoutout to Nurshen — she was absolutely fantastic! Attentive without hovering, warm, quick, and genuinely on top of everything. She elevated the entire experience and made me feel taken care of from start to finish.

I went there on a Saturday night with a few classmates. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Some people in our group had cheesecake(s) which they really liked. The hookah was good as well so was the Turkish coffee. Overall I’d recommend it.

My absolute favorite place to sit down and yap with my friends. The floral walls and ambient lights are perfect, we literally stay until close lol. The mint lemonade is amazing as well!
