We came as a couple for lunch and had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the modern Caribbean cuisine is absolutely worth trying. Prices are very fair, plates are beautifully presented, and the cocktails are excellent. Highly recommended.

A wonderful discovery! The restaurant has recently reopened under the new management of Margaux (November 2025), and the transformation is remarkable.

I dont know why this doesn’t have 5 stars- do not hesitate to go here! We loved the old grain de sel but the new one is even better. Cute decor, very friendly attentive staff & owner and the new menu is fantastic- we are going back for a third time during our 7 day trip today. Everything we’ve ordered was amazing but favorites have to be the chicken, fish and the carpaccio. One of the few reasonably priced restaurants on the island and one of our favorite menus!

Quaint restaurant located next to the parking at Salines beach. A good place to go after some hours on the beach. Our table was located next to the mountain wall and we had good shade. The lamb was delicious and the waiters friendly.
