Absolutely the best traditional French bread in Montana! As authentic as you can’t find in the states. You can’t beat the quality if you need a good baguette for dinner. Fantastic little bakery with the best bread in town!!

Such a great bakery with incredible breads, croissants, and brioche pastries. It’s just as good as traditional bakeries in Europe!

If I lived in Billings I would be here every single day. Such a beautiful authentic cozy place and the most welcoming personable owners. The chocolate croissants are to die for. I would rate higher if I could.

We love coming here for loaves of bread but especially the pain au chocolat on Saturday mornings! We recently went to France for a week and no bakery we went to there was good as Le Fournil! It’s the real deal!! Looking forward to hopefully trying out their cinnamon roll sometime!!

La meilleure boulangerie dans tout l’État, rien ne compare! This place is legit and on the same level as any bakery you’ll find in France. The croissants are extra flaky and the brioches are golden brown with a soft textured buttery bread on the inside.

2 Baggett and 2 chocolate croissants $20 . Everything was delicious. Hard to find legit Baggett and these guys delivered a soft airy inside with a crisp outer. Taste was elegant. Now to find some good butter.

What a special place! I love coming here any chance I can get, the breads and pastries are so authentic and delicious. Both owners are friendly and so knowledgeable about French baking, and always are willing to strike up a conversation. I have been slowly working my way through their items, I think my favorites are the Pain Au Raisin and the Brioche!

The bread is as good as can be imagined. I go each Saturday and wait 10 minutes in line to get the fresh bread, and I am never sorry. It really is as good as bread can be. The baguette crusts are glass-thin and crisp, and the inner part is cloud like. The brioche is divine. The croissants are amazing. I do not think the baker has ever made something badly here.

Just did a road trip from FL to WA and stopped at as many bakeries as I could along the way. I have never had bread as good as this bread, the crust is exceptional. Wish I lived close enough to go every day.
