Another restaurant that was affected by COVID and has been shut for the last 5 years. They have now taken the brave step and reopened.
It’s amazing and definitely 5 stars. The only reason the atmosphere is marked at 4 is because this was no soft music playing, but rest assured it is coming.
The service was friendly, welcoming, and happy to have a chat and explain the menu.
We started with a carafe of white vino, and it was delicious, nice and cold, full of flavour.
The our mains, Beef Cheeks with a side of vegetables and the chicken with Camembert creamy sauce.
Both meals were to die for. The beef cheers, char grilled tender that melted in your mouth. Each mouth full punched beautiful stew flavours.
The chicken was juciey and tender with a creamy, onion, camembert sauce that is irresistible. We ordered a side of frence fries, which were hot salty and crunchy.

-Service slow and very poor. Although the restaurant was OK inside, it was like a gravel car park, with very little atmosphere outside.
-Food was poor quality and beers on the menu unavailable. Very expensive for very little quality or basic standard. The tastiest item was the chef’s tapas.
-No card machine!! Had to pay via associated hotel as not enough Euros on us.
-Menu very limited and the burgers didn’t come with bacon as described. The water never arrived either.
-The bill was requested but we had to chase for this as staff never returned. Very disappointing, as had very high quality food and good service elsewhere in France for this price.

Long wait time even though we had a reservation. It took a while to get any service and getting the drinks took 20 minutes after we ordered. The food was then served to the wrong table. There also was broken glass shards under the table. Paying was a nightmare because the don’t have a card reader but it needs to go via the hotel

Un petit coin où il fait bon s’arrêter, cuisine impeccable et savoureuse, ça sent le fait maison. Sans prétention mais avec de belles assiettes, copieuses et joliment présentées . Mention spéciale au dessert du chef, un fraisier revisité qui termine le repas en beauté .

Mon expérience comment dire nous avons bien mangé au moment de l addition quand je vois que le menu enfant pour mon fils de 17 mois 13euros ce composant juste de 4 nuggets et une poignée de frites… 13 euros!!!!!! Nuggets surgelés !!!! C est une honte !!!! J ai du soucis à me faire avec les goûts de luxe de mon fils du haut de ses 1 an

Alors que dire de ce restaurant. Odeur nauséabonde sur la terrasse, commande prise avec deux salades. Retour de la serveuse 10min plus tard qui nous indique qu’ils n’ont plus de salade car ils n’ont pas fait les courses. Les plats étaient tout sauf fait maison et tiède limite froid. Question quantité les gros mangeurs seront frustrés car la quantité est juste bonne pour un enfant de 5ans. Arrivée à la caisse la serveuse est obligé d’aller dans la rue pendant 15min pour trouver le réseau sur le TPE. Enfin bref je n’y reviendrais pas
