Big thanks to the Manager for making our night special! I know he worked hard to make some rearrangements so I sincerely appreciate his kindness when I first walked in. They accommodated our party of nine even with a last-minute seating change. The hostess told me that its against corporate policy to have a party over 9 when I first asked which startled me a bit. But once the Manager stepped in, all was at ease. He then explained to us that they typically require private dining after 8.

Chef Matthew was incredible, welcoming everyone as we arrived, explaining the menu, and letting us know we’d need to order all at once so the kitchen could pace dishes. Chef Grace was equally fantastic. When there was a mix-up with the beef salad, she fixed it immediately and even comped the beet salad, which was so generous.

The food was fun to try as a Vietnamese household because we knew it would be a unique Vietnamese-French blend. The restaurant is gorgeous with a chic velvet ambiance. Dishes leaned much more on the sweeter and citrusy side which felt at times too overpowering with some strong oyster sauce and curry notes, but overall a great experience. Service was excellent with waters constantly refilled and dishes cleared quickly.

Valet and paid parking nearby made it easy. Overall, it was a special night for us to celebrate a birthday and for my grandma’s last night in town. Thank you to the manager, chef, food runners, bussers, the water attendant, kitchen staff, and valet attendant for accommodating our party of 9!

Very high quality Vietnamese French fusion restaurant. Fine dining. The restaurant is beautiful. The egg rolls the best I’ve ever had. I had the vegetarian one. The extra touches make it over the top. Don’t forget to get sides as they are relatively inexpensive and delicious, including the garlic noodles, the green beans, and more. The tuna tartare was exceptional. My daughter said the fried rice was the best she’s had anywhere. Service is exemplary. The bathrooms are beautiful. Great mocktails as well.

The food was absolutely delicious! Clean and very healthy while being perfectly paired with flavor combos. Service was great. Very friendly and helpful. Patio was especially nice the evening we were there in mid-September. Loved the ambiance indoor with the moody decor as well. Many things to try. Will be back.

The restaurant is clearly of a medium-high standard, and the location is quiet, allowing guests to enjoy their meal outside.
The only negative is the receptionist, who is truly unfriendly and seems to be doing her job more out of obligation than service. It’s a shame.
On the other hand, our waitress, Greece, was very knowledgeable and friendly and made our stay exceptional.
The dishes and food were beautifully presented, and the quality was unquestionable. It’s a shame about the limited selection of Italian wines.
A word of advice: the restaurant’s name is more reminiscent of a French restaurant than a Vietnamese one.

The restaurant is very beautiful, well-decorated, with soft, dim lighting. The food and cocktails are good. The green curry was okay, but the pork fried rolls were the highlight and the most flavorful dish.

Overall, the food was good, though I expected it to be better. The place feels quite packed, and it gets very busy, so making a reservation is recommended.

We had a wonderful lunch at Le Colonial in Cherry Creek a restaurant that instantly transported us back to our expat dining and travels through Vietnam. The ambience is elegant, the servers soft-spoken and gracious, and every detail feels high-end. It felt like I was in Paris at a high-end Vietnamese restaurant that was transported to Denver.

I started with a coconut mocktail that was refreshing, while my husband enjoyed his Hanoi coffee (a spin on an espresso martini). The crispy shrimp and pork rolls were a highlight, wrapped in butter lettuce with just the right kick of Thai chili oil. My husband’s beef stir-fry with flat noodles was outstanding, and I appreciated that the flat noodles were an integral part and cooked to perfection The side of coconut sticky rice was presented in a delicate leaf and perfectly steamed.

I live in Arizona, but I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Denver just so I can try more of the menu. I even emailed the owners asking them to please bring one of these restaurants to Scottsdale. Truly an exceptional dining experience.

I cannot tell you how special Le Colonial made us feel on our anniversary. From the hostess (bless her heart- we were traveling from Castle Rock we called 1 hour before our reservation we were going to be 1 hr late and ended up being 70 min late) who was so kind and held our table as long as she could and wished us a happy anniversary, to our waitress (Madison) and the servers who wished us a happy anniversary too. This was the only thing we planned for our anni (no gifts).

Ambiance: warm, romantic, fun. It was “dark” but the table lighting was phenomenal. It felt cozy. Live plants. Some bright pops of color.

Drinks: I had a mocktail- delicious. My husband had the gin & tonic. Really fresh.

Food: So good. We had bo bia, branzino, and shaking beef. Dessert was the sundae and it was fantastic.

We’d recommend Le Colonial to anybody! It was exceptional.

✨ Le Colonial – Cherry Creek ✨
This spot is a gem! From the moment we sat down, the service was top-notch—attentive, kind, and welcoming without being overbearing. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a lunch date or a quiet dinner.

I started with the Mac Top drink—refreshing and creamy with just the right touch of spice and mint.
The fresh spring rolls were light and delicious, paired beautifully with the peanut sauce.
For the main course, the red curry and stir-fried mango chicken were bursting with flavor and paired perfectly with steamed jasmine rice.

Best part: Everything we ordered was gluten-free! The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating, making it easy to dine safely without sacrificing flavor.

Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Beautiful setting, amazing food, and five-star service. Will definitely be coming back!

GORGEOUS RESTAURANT. If you love vietnamese food with a little more French influence in a beautiful ambience with fantastic service and attention to detail youll live it. Seared chicken dumplings were amazing, seafood ceviche with tiger shrimp was A1. The grapefruit salad was ok… not enough grapefruit, tons of chicken, not enough peanut flavor for me, but nonetheless good. Absolutely want to return at night. Sat on the patio and it was beautiful. Server was attentive and helpful!

Went this place few weeks ago for birthday dinner. Atmosphere was fantastic, interior is cool, kindly staffs, very satisfy with foods also.

I trying to complain about my table server only.
Ukraine woman who is cute & served very well at the first time.
But time goes, when my husband did small talks to her, she always winked to my husband end of the sentence. (at least 3 times which is I remembered)
Did we went hooters?
Is it normal attitude to customers who come as a couple!??
Finally she catch my feelings and she compliments about my phonecase before check ‍♀️ what a good manner! Give a carrot before get a tips??

I must visit there again but could be not comfortable with that kind of server.
