Le Chein has a fun, chill vibe, and hanging out every Tuesday night for bingo is super awesome. Everyone is always super nice! I don’t personally like beer but am ecstatic that they have Mexican cokes.
They also make margaritas and those are great too! Being able to bring my dogs takes this place to the next level, they are 100% dog friendly! I rotate who I bring and all 4 pups have been there!

Awesome place to stop when you are in Denham Springs or the Livingston area. Located right in the center of the downtown antique alley and great outside atmosphere. Lots of shady spots and outside tables with a permanent food truck on site. The food truck focuses on crafted hand pies and they were indeed fantastic. The freshly made fried Mac & cheese bites were stellar as well. The inside has a cool industrial vibe very pleasant to get out of the heat. Le Chien brewing Company has a family and pet friendly atmosphere and is a great stop whenever you are in town or when you are in the antiquing mood and need a great place to stop for lunch and a drink. We will definitely be stopping in again soon.

We love this brewery — fantastic brews and drinks, welcoming atmosphere, and some of the best staff around.
However, the live music last night (2/28/26) really detracted from the experience. The performer did not fit the ambiance at all, and multiple patrons seemed to leave because of it. This has happened before with the same musician.
We understand supporting local talent, but the entertainment should enhance the space, not drive customers out. We strongly encourage management to reconsider booking this particular act in the future. It also might be worth having management on-site during these performances to assess how they affect the overall atmosphere.
The brewery itself is wonderful — we just hope future music choices better align with the vibe that makes this place so great.

This place is FANTASTIC! The food truck is so yummy!! The staff are kind, inviting and very knowledgeable about the brewery and its menu. The patio is super dog friendly AND the food truck has a healthy dog meal for purchase! It’s a wonderful little spot of Heaven in Louisiana!

Good beer selection. Food is good and convenient. Pups have a lot of fun meeting new friends. Kids love the dogs. Bathrooms are hilarious. Atmosphere next to the train tracks is great. Seeing the setup for making beer through the floor is cool.

We love this brewery and come every time we see our daughter at LSU. However, this time we bought $100 worth of beer in crawlers. We had to pour it down the drain the next day because it was flat. Love u guys so much, but for the benefit of your loyal customers, please fix this!

I don’t have a whole lot to say about this place other than that I wasn’t impressed with the service and their beer has some issues. We ordered one of the desserts and they got my name and number for it. I’m not sure if they were supposed to be calling my name or texting me, but we had to go looking for it like 15 or 20 minutes later when we hadn’t heard anything. It had been sitting for awhile and they apparently made no attempt to let us know it was ready.
Then the beer. Abita Strawberry is one of my favorite beers so I was pleased to see a strawberry lager option. It was bland and barely had any strawberry flavor, like I’m not sure if I could’ve identified it as strawberry. The witbier was bad, really bad. I’m not sure if the batch was contaminated, if they used the wrong yeast for a witbier, messed up the fermenting, or their lines were dirty, but there was something wrong–it had a clearly sour taste to it, not something a witbier should have. When I asked about it, we tasted it and the bartender said that it was fine and it always tastes like that. There was definitely something wrong with it though. I don’t like to flex, I really don’t, but I’ve been to hundreds of breweries and had thousands of beers. They offered to get me something different so I tried the Oktoberfest Marzen. It was actually pretty solid and I enjoyed it.
Otherwise it’s a pretty cool space with lots of outdoor patio. They apparently do a lot for the rescue dogs which is good. But the beer was bad and the service was just… weird. I might give it another go next time I’m in town. Hopefully it was just an off night.

I visited around 1:30 PM during Fall Fest. It wasn’t overly busy, there were about four people in line, including myself. I ordered
(1) root beer
(1) kids’ meal
(1) one sour beer
There was an issue with the bill but Brett the Co-Owner helped get the issue straightened out.
Food truck is pretty good for bar food. The atmosphere is nice.

Been a couple months and love coming in. Caught this guy greeting me at the door and even was asking me to buy him a pint.
The owner is focused in providing a great place to gather and enjoy his brew. With dog adoptions and a run club out here what more could you wish for.

Only beer they serve is what they make themselves. Beer they made themselves was great, we tried a few! I’m not a big beer drinker but loved the Hi-Biscus.
Family friendly. Someone was playing catch with a kid while we were there. They had a LARGE connect4 set. LARGE PATIO, great for parties. Dog friendly. I’ve attached photos of what they offered and their prices. Again, great first experience, making arrangements to have more experiences at this establishment.
