Fernando was a very good server. We wanted to try all the food, and actually, knowing that most dishes are small – you might need to order two mains anyway. The grandparents were hungry after. But for what we did get to each, I wish we ordered a few more portions of the pork appetizer; that was the best dish of the meal.

This was one of the best restaurants at the moon the grand. It’s 3 course dinner for adults only. We went here twice and enjoyed it twice. Some dishes do taste better than other so I would suggest order two of each that way if you don’t like one you have another one to try. The portion size is small enough that you can get away with two dishes but you will leave full after desert. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for find dinning experience.

This is one of the best nights we have ever had at the grand, moon palace. We have stayed here four times in the past 6 years.
We went for a lovely evening meal (adults only) at Le Chateau.
The Manager was Estefania, the host was Manuel, the waiter was George and the Chef was Francisco.
The Manager was really nice and funny and helpful and was the only female in sight …. Amazing.
Our host Manuel was super friendly, very welcoming and made us feel so at home.
George our waiter couldn’t be more helpful and made sure that we had everything that we needed.
The food was prepared by the chef Francisco and was to die for, literally the best steak ever served. The presentation was marvelous and the taste of the food was perfect and powerful.
My husband was given an origami dragon and tiger and this really made our night.
Also, I am coeliac and the food was all gluten free for both me and my husband.
Amazing staff and an amazing night. Thank you so so much.

Hot and cold starters pretty tasteless. Main of entrecote and duck better and desserts where the best courses. Food presented well, flavour let’s them down. Service was good but wish they wouldn’t clear a course until the other person has finished theirs!!

….I have to admit the La Chateau French restaurant was much better in December 2017 than the soft opening in April last year. Our waiter Daniel was really good, I can easily say he did a very pro job , Jesus the manager was right there just in case, chef Isreal Posa presented himself on our plates – phenomenal experience., sommelier Roberto as always great to talk to. Overall the selection of the drinks, wines ,ports were very good we liked them a lot. My wife and I , we loved the quiet atmosphere and the adult, upscale feeling. I am sending my thank you words to the entire team for such a beautiful evening. Thank you Señor Rodrigo Hernan Gomez Flores and Señora Pamela for this opportunity to be able to experience the new improved La Chateau restaurant. Excellent job everyone.

Very good food. Friendly staff. The course start off with a soup or salad and make their way up to the main entre. Definitely recommend to try it out. The portions are small but very very flavorful.

Adult only and so elegant. The food is truly 5 star. I especially love the shrimp bisque, duck breast with raspberry gastric and the cheesecake dessert is just heavenly. The service team is exceptional as well.

Some items better than others. Scallops and escargot were exquisite. The lamb was pretty good. The salmon disappointed – dry. Beignets were definitely off. Creme brulee was good however.
