This restaurant is located in Centr’Hotel. I don’t usually eat at hotel restaurants because I prefer exploring and discovering other places. I was, however, attracted by the menu, which was posted in the lobby. You can either sit inside or outside on the terrasse which is very pleasant due to the nice breeze and pleasant environment. The staff is very welcoming and the waitress will make her recommendations with great enthusiasm. This was useful because everything seemed delicious. I had the slow cooked pork belly which was absolutely amazing! Crispy on the outside while the inside melts in your mouth. The sauce is amazing so you will need bread to scoop up every last drop! For desert I had the gourmet coffee which was delicious as well and very generous. You get a combination of actual size deserts! You MUST eat here if you pass by Marigot even if you’re staying elsewhere.

We went during a fairly slow evening, so service is based on that because it was very good. The food is both delicious and beautifully presented. It was the first dinner that we had on the island, so it set the bar very high. We would absolutely return there and highly recommend it.
