We visited the restaurant on July 2nd for lunch and can only recommend the place. The food was great, and the atmosphere—sitting in the garden in the shade of the trees—was perfect. Unfortunately, we had chosen a very, very hot day for the visit and couldn’t fully indulge in all the good food, but we will be back, and that’s probably the best recommendation I can give.

We came to the restaurant for lunch, we were a large group and sat outside. It was a beautiful setting, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and kind. They explained each course to us in English. The food was delicious and very good value for money, we had the set lunch deal. We would love to come back!

Tucked away and slightly off the beaten track, just before you reach Montauroux, is this gem of a restaurant with Michelin Star worthy food and service.
In addition to the excellent menu, the lamb trilogy and the grand cru chocolate from Vietnam were personal favourites, there are plenty of extra little treats along the way, that makes for outstanding value and very full, satisfied stomachs.
Particularly impressive was the friendly, English speaking team, whose excellent humour, mainly at my attempts to speak French, and attention to detail, contributed to a warm and enjoyable evening of fine dining.

Amazing place with wonderful food! We had the tasting menu, and they offered a great pescetarian alternative. The sommelier was also great and recommended the best white wine we’ve had in the area.

A delightful setting and a wonderful eating experience with friendly, keen to please staff. The kids enjoyed tasting all the different amuse bouche. Not a good place for vegetarians though.

As the French say: “A éviter” (to be avoided).
1. The place was dirty, there was hair on the table.
2. The waiter stunk. His clothes were also dirty.
3. The music was very loud and not adapted to the location (dance music).

We only made it to the starter before we left. Here are my comments on the food:
1. The mise en bouche was a sad raddish with some tasteless sauce.
2. There was a attempt of a gazpacho that tasted only of garlic.
3. The asparagus was poorly cooked and the Norway lobster was not fresh at all.

On top of all that, when trying to speak with the Chef, despite the fact that he admitted that the table and the space were dirty, he didn’t want to hear any criticism to his cusine. The world would be a better place if this man was flipping burgers at a McDonald’s.
