I recently discovered this bakery, and it’s such a gem! Their bread is simple, delicious, and made without any unnecessary additives — just real ingredients. I love how short their ingredient list is! Everything tastes clean and honest. The cream buns are especially good — they’re filled generously, and the cream tastes real, not like those artificial whipped toppings. It’s the kind of bread I feel totally safe giving to my family every day. I really love this place. If it were a bit closer, I’d come here all the time!

I used to come here growing up and loved this place, so it’s sad to say the quality seems to have gone downhill over the years. I recently got the soboro bread and it was stale and lacked flavor — it honestly just tasted like flour. I had a hard time finishing it. Other items I’ve tried recently have leaned overly sweet, so it feels like it’s either bland or too sweet now. I’m not sure what changed (possibly new ownership?), but the bread just isn’t what it used to be which is disappointing.

The ultimate chewy treat!
I recently tried this trendy Korean dessert called ‘Dujjonku 두쫀쿠.’ It has this incredibly satisfying, mochi-like chewiness that is so addictive. I started with two, but they were so good that I ended up buying eight more. You have to try these!

Brought on Sunday afternoon and this already showed up by Tuesday after I kept it like any regular sliced bread. No instruction if it should be stored differently from regular milk bread, also no best by date.

A review of a medium-size $30 Ube cake.
– The texture of the bread is dried.
– Their cream tastes okay-ish…
I’m suspicious how long this cake has been on their shelf. Just a bit disappointed for the quality of this cake i bought.

This bakery is conveniently located inside the H Mart building and features freshly baked goodness! Almost an overwhelming selection of different bakery items with different fillings and flavors etc. You will end up buying more than you expected because there’s so much that looks so good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I came here on three occasions to get cakes cause they looked so pretty, but recently I got a medium green tea one for a birthday and the cake layers were all very dry. Usually people don’t tell you that what you brought to a party tastes bad but everyone agreed the cake layers were dry and grainy. For a $30 cake where they dont even write anything on it unless you preorder, the taste and quality is subpar. My parents who always chooses an as asian cake over a dense one said not to get cakes from here anymore because even though it looks good, it tastes bad. You can barely taste any green tea in the cake. It is basically made of three dry cake layers with cream and some fruit. The only nice thing people at the party could offer is that the cream is very smooth. I am disappointed that such cute cakes are so overpriced yet poorly made. It was embarrassing to bring a poorly made cake to a party where I could tell everyone did not want to finish their piece. I can’t decide if the baker overbaked their sponge cake or the one they gave me was just sitting there for a few days and hence dried out. Either way grainy dry sponge cake is unacceptable to sell at $30. I can make a better tasting cake.

I am very unhappy about their cakes and cannot recommend them to anyone. Their bread, donuts and corn mochi buns are ok but I have not gotten any recently. There is a sugar coated twisty donut that was really good when fresh but that is about all I can say. Staff is not over friendly but answers all your questions as a matter of factly. I don’t expect amazing service at Asian places so my rating is low basically because their cakes are bad and an embarrassment to get for anyone. I think this place is good if you want a few buns for yourself but stay away from the cakes if you can.

I bought this cake for my niece birthday. The cake look good with some extra mini daisy so i give 2 star. But when i cut this cake, its was wet inside and i realize that cake was old. It couldn’t even cut the pieces perfectly when the inside of the center part of the cake crumbled. Every piece of cake is missing the middle part of the cake looks so bad Even more undeniable when I try it, really horrible. I very rarely give a bad review, but for the money you spent buying it and getting a stale cake back, it’s unsatisfactory.

Wow, this place makes the best bake goods. Always fresh and at a fair price. The staff is friendly and willing to help. A must stop when visiting H-Mart, it’s right outside the main store.

I always stop in here when I visit HMart. I love that the desserts are not overly sugary and that they have fruit in them. I also love the cream frosting in the cream horns and on the cakes. The matcha cookies are also delicious if you like matcha and they go well with milk. The cakes are so beautiful we get them on occasion just to have a cake, but we get our cakes for our birthdays here sometimes as well.
