I believe this spot got an award for their bánh mì, which understandably so! I was fortunate enough to take a big bite from one of my friends, and it was bliss. I probably should have ordered that instead! I myself got the beef phở, and though the meat was cooked nicely, I was not the most fond of the broth. I could not finish it. My friend also wasn’t the biggest fan. I did enjoy their appetizers!

This is a nice lil local Vietnamese restaurant! Cute interior and good customer service! Waitress was super nice to us! I actually came upon this place on a complete whim back in 2023 with my friends, and remembered this place since I am trying different spots that serve phở! I would unfortunately not return for their phở but I 100% would sprint for their bánh mì!

Their banh mi is almost as good as the one I had in Saigon! We also love their mango salad and corn ribs. Delicious. Waitstaff are lovely. Dining room is a bit dark but nice and quiet, so you can have a conversation.

We finally came to Le Bleu after being on “the list of need to try restaurants” for awhile, and it did not disappoint. We had the shrimp spring rolls, and a couple different bahn mi sandwiches. They offer some unique, flavorful types of bahn mi. I had the grilled pork and my wife had the shaken steak. So good! I highly recommend for the all people who enjoy not just bahn mi sandwiches, but Vietnamese cuisine. Oh yea, they make their own delicious sambal, and you can purchase bottles to take home. Keep up the great work!

I went specifically for the banh mi and it did not disappoint. I feel like the bun is a little smaller than average but for the taste, who cares. This is a banh mi done correct, the pickles, the meat, pate and bread were all spot on. I can’t wait to go back.

The service was also great. Even though I did carry out and then changed my mind and ate out front, the waiter still brought napkins and a glass of water.

I came here for a late lunch. It wasn’t very crowded, which is what I was looking for. The service has been excellent. I was seated immediately, and my waitress was very helpful about my questions about gluten free options. She would go ask if she didn’t know. I was definitely comfortable ordering.
I tried the lemongrass margarita, spring rolls, shrimp bún (vermicelli noodles), and sipped on the passion fruit maitai for after my meal.
The food came out fairly quickly, and all of it was delicious!
The peanut sauce was straightforward and really well balanced for me. Sometimes peanut sauces aren’t gluten free, so I was glad to be able to eat it.
The margarita was good, but I couldn’t taste the lemongrass, I may ask for them to put a little more of the lemongrass syrup in next time.
The shrimp bún was exactly what I wanted! The shrimp was lightly breaded, and the whole dish was fresh and crunchy (except for the noodles), it really hit the spot. I love the mint in it..
I decided to get the passion fruit maitai after my meal, and it’s a lovely finisher.. the flavor was impressive, lots of stuff going on. There’s muddled blueberries in it. I definitely want my friends to try it when I bring them.
My waitress was attentive, but not overly so. I never had to wait for anything, and she didn’t come by very often. Just the right amount of attention, imo.

It’s calm, the music wasn’t too loud, and I love the decor! All the colors, and the wall art looks like it was made of scrap wood. Who doesn’t love seeing new life from old materials?

I’ll be coming back for sure.

Fun, trendy interior with plenty of seating. I was a little disappointed to see how empty it was on a weekend around lunch time.

The pho broth is delightfully beefy and I like how they use the thicker noodles here. It was also nice to see that they use Thai chilis for the pho instead of jalapenos here. The portion sizes, for the most part, are great. However– I feel like the spring rolls are a bit on the pricey side ($9 for 2 spring rolls). I do, however, appreciate that their spring rolls are not 95% noodles. I like how Le Bleu has vegetarian options that felt satisfying to eat.

Shout out to whoever’s playlist was playing. They have great taste.

I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite spot for Vietnamese food. I did enjoy my experience here, so I will be coming back to try more things on the menu.

Stopped in for a quick snack with a friend. We had the chicken pho, bahn mi and some roasted corn ribs. Everything was yummy and they split the portions for us. Which was perfect. Will be back.

Our favorite place ! Tasty food. Wonderful dishes , all of them! Our favorites are chicken wings – the marinate is this addicting juicy fresh sweet a bit tangy passion fruit sauce. Chicken pho has the juiciest meat slices. We love that they use the traditional pho noddles. They have variety of tropical inspired cocktails as well. Customer service is excellent. The staff there is friendly and easy to chat with. Highly recommend

This pho was terrible.. The noodle was not fresh. The length of the pho was literally the size on the spoon, all of them! They put only one meatball chopped in 4 pieces. This was disappointing. Plus, the price was not reasonable. Pho was $20. You can get better taste of pho around this area with much cheaper price!

We’ve been coming here for 2 years now. My wife is vegetarian and she loves the vegetarian Pho. I’d like to order their grilled pork Bahn Mi no cilantro with egg. 🙂
