Love…love…love! This place is legit. Full menu served all day. Specializes in soups and sandwiches, and they have some amazing beverages…like fresh sugarcane juice. This is next door to my dog groomer, so I will be back on repeat. I got the shrimp, pork broth and tomato soup with a fresh sugar cane. Very chill atmosphere with great music. EXQUISITE!

I picked up the pho this morning and when I tried it, it tasted off. I didn’t want to eat it so I saved the rest for my cousin and when we heated it up, the meat was a green fluorescent color. Meat should not glow or be that color.

Also, when I contacted management for a refund. They did not want to provide a refund and said that the meat looks normal. The worst place ever. Terrible service and terrible food.

Le Bledo is hands down my favorite spot in town. I eat here every chance I get, and it’s not just for the food—the owner and team treat you like actual family from the moment you walk in. You can taste the quality in every bite; the banh mi is perfectly crispy and the pho is rich and comforting. They use the freshest ingredients (that basil is next level!). If you want amazing Vietnamese food served with genuine kindness, this is it.”

I know It’s not much coming from an American but I do drive out of falls church to Springfield to come get the beef pho. The brisket is sooo tender and the actual pho broth is the most flavorful broth I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend giving it a try and maybe you also will become a traveler for Pho.

It looks and smell better than it taste. The pork was overcooked and extremely dry. The service was pleasant but the food is more important. Also wasn’t worth the cost.

Outstanding. My first time have Bò Né and it was dynamite! It’s like a Vietnamese fajita and known as “dodging beef” because of the butter and steak served on a hot skillet. My wife got the oxtail pho. The broth was great but the oxtails were tougher than she likes. I explained that Vietnamese people like their meat a bit chewier. We also tried the bacon, egg, and cheese Banh Mi. Outstanding. We will be back soon to try the Bun Bo Hue and Mi Quang. Run here. Don’t walk.

My friends and I go to Le Bledo all the time for Vietnamese food (I particularly love their banh mi, banh hoi, and smoothies, but you can’t go wrong with anything here). We recently ordered catering for 60-70 people, and it was an amazing assortment of delicious food.. so good that in less than 30 minutes, the food was all gone! Really appreciate the fair pricing and easy delivery too. Thank you to the Le Bledo team for a wonderful Sunday afternoon!

The best brisket pho i’ve had in the Springfield area. Been here multiple times and it has become my go to.

This was one of the highlight finds of our recent trip to Virginia. This hidden gem is a very authentic Vietnamese spot serving dishes that are not always easily found. The spot has a menu dedicated to various kinds of Banh Mi sandwiches (they also have a great breakfast sandwich selection) which are great, but if you look a little further, they have a nice selection of noodle dishes such as Bun Rieu (crab noodle soup in a tomato based broth) or Bun Bo Hue, a spicy porky based noodle soup. Of course the Pho was excellent as well. There is a nice selection of smoothies ( Try the Avocado smoothie) and fruity Jasmine teas.

There is also a selection of baked goods that can be enjoyed at home. Try the steamed cake. Authentic and delicious.

The parking lot is spacious and the place is clean and roomy. Service is great and kid friendly. We were glad we stopped in!

20250618 the Ribeye with egg was good but too much sodium, left me with an after taste for a long time.
20250326 Their herbal dessert is bigger than I remember and it’s delicious!! The Pork Belly sandwich was soooo good, with plenty of meat. Egg rolls are petite size but amazing. The sesame balls were not freshly fried, tasted better when fresh.
20230721 large spicy beef and pork tendon noodles is good – generous amount of meat. Found a hair in the sauce that came with the noodles. The Vietnamese empanadas are delicious but a bit expensive for a small one. The herbal dessert is delicious!! Much better than the first time I tried it. This time it’s sweet, first time was sour. Service is consistently great.
20230609 It has been over a year since I have eaten here. I decided to give it a try and my experience today was better. The young man working at the register was very welcoming and friendly. I had the pork belly banh mi and it was pretty good. The pork belly was a little bit too wet and fatty. The shrimp summer rolls were good and so were the other items I bought. The egg rolls were a little different. I baked them at home to heat them up. The wrap was crispy which I love. Between the crispy layer and the meat was a very dense layer of egg roll wrap, hard to chew.
2022 I try to support small businesses. I met a friend here for a late lunch/early dinner. He got a sandwich, that he said was good. I got the pho with brisket and tendon. The pho was good but the broth is a bit too salty and has a unique flavor that is very different than the broth at other Pho restaurants. I tried 1 of the desserts and it was supposed to be sweet, but for some reasons, it was a little sour, and I don’t like sour stuff. I bought some items to take home. The pork and shrimp in a clear dumplings wrapped in banana leaves are interesting. Strange looking. It’s good when eaten with the slight spicy sauce they came with. Otherwise, they are OK. I like the green treat with coconut and peanut filling, but the green dough is OK and not sweet. It would be better if it is a little bit sweeter and softer. The pyramid rice thing with pork and mushroom filling is good. The rice reminds me of thick congee, and the filling could use a little bit of salt. I ate it with the Chinese red hot pepper oil. Much better.
