Came by for lunch. Was recommended the Bone Marrow (excellent), Pork Terrine (just average) for starters. Bone marrow portion was generous, arrived piping hot, and was savoury. Terrine was a bit dry. The french bread was perfectly crusty.

For mains ordered the chicken (good) and beef stew (very good). The chicken was flavourful, with a creamy sauce. The beef bourginon (stew) was very traditional, large chunks of tender beef, and just a hint of burgundy.

For dessert ordered the creme brulee, not too heavy not too sweet.

Overall a very satisfying lunch.

I reserved there by chance and was not disappointed ! Small place but very tasty dishes, i get a steak tartare once every time I visit Paris and this one was great ( although without the egg ) very tasty very fresh overall delicious. The wine was nice for pairing . And we even got a creme brulee at the end. I noticed that we were the only two french people in the restaurant , so glad that this place is famous for traditional french dishes among tourists . Altough not a tourist trap at all. We truly enjoyed this dinner . I particularly liked that the people sitting next to me were americans visiting Paris and were very friendly and enjoying their meal we even got the chat a bit. The ambiance was great. Altough ladies, this place is tiny makes sure you bring a little bag there is no room for bags anywear .

Authentic and amazing! We had Foie Gras, Goose Rislette, and Beef Bourguignon—every dish was full of flavor. Henri’s son shared that these are the original recipes passed down through generations. A must-visit, but book ahead—you might get lucky like we did!

Very cozy, friendly atmosphere. This was a spontaneous stop for lunch recommended by a family member! Staff were very helpful and so welcoming, we came by in the afternoon and ordered bone marrow with toasts which melted in your mouth and was full of flavor. For my main meal I ordered the roasted chicken Normandy with potato gratin. Everything was very tasty and I would love to visit again to try more items from the menu!

What excellent food! We had the beef bourguignon and the lamb. The cinnamon and prune in the sauce worked so well on the lamb, and with the potatoes – it was one of the best meals I have had. I would highly recommend.
The beef was tender and the sauce rich and hearty. Our compliments to the chef. It is a great place to eat!
We luckily made reservations at 7 and at least 20 walk-ins couldnt be served during our meal.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Desperately wanted to try some authentic French eats and Beef Bourguignon was at the top of my list, but the question was where? Found this amazing place recommended via TripAdvisor and I have zero regrets. The Place itself is intimate and tiny but my boyfriend and I were able to get a spot last minute. We ordered fois gras to start which was creamy and rich. My boyfriend loved it but the real star was the hearty beef bourguignon. Definitely slow cooked, rich and full of complex flavors, everything was tender and just delicious. We went ahead with a simple dessert; chocolate mousse and creme brulee and it was incredible. The second best creme brulee I’ve ever had and the BEST chocolate mousse I’ve ever had. This sparking gem is not to be missed, if so, you will regret it.

What can I say I just came back from here and wow! Wanted to write the review whilst it was fresh in my mind.
I am from the UK and was recommended this restaurant and I can see why! It was easy to make a reservation on Google.

It is tiny, they literally have to pull the tables out so you can squeeze in but it is cosy and the atmosphere is homely and comforting. Great service quick & friendly but not rushed.

To start we had rocket & Parmesan salad & tomato and mozzarella salad. for mains 2 x boeuf bourgeon & crème brûlée and chocolate mousse for dessert! + lots of complementary baguette. It was all amazing fresh good quality french comfort foods. (+ 2 beers and a bottle of still water = €102)

I would recommend to family and friends and hope to come back again in future.
