Melanie was our waitress, super kind and sweet. The food was awesome too. Get the three course meal and they replaced the meat and fish, in my antipasti, with all fish upon my request. The dessert has the option of tea with a dessert platter and that’s probably the best one to pick. The place is conveniently located close to the Bretagne parliament and to Place Hoche (5 minutes walk). Hard to find parking, so walk to the place. It was perhaps particularly hard because of the festival in town and because it was a Friday night. They let us comfortably finish our food way after they closed. Bon appetit!

We had a lovely anniversary lunch here. The food was spectacular. It was a Saturday so the place filled up quickly. There was one server and he seemed to be working quite hard. Very pleasant atmosphere and delicious food.

We had dinner at Le Bistro Volney last Sunday, it was very busy, the food was excellent and there was plenty of wine to choose from. The Maitre d has very good English and could explain the menue. I was feeling very hot during the meal and they were able to move us to a table by the entrance. If you go on a Sunday I’d recommend booking in advance.

Limited menu allowing for much better attention to detail. Picked the place from US and ate there again before we left. Maybe 10 tables so you would be well served making reservations. Biggest complaint is the adjusting back down to the American standards now we are home.
