Ordered Old Mac with sausage & it is like boiled noodles with sausage & unmelted Parmesan on it. We have been to Montage for years all the way back when they had the restaurant in Portland & frequently go to the food carts. It used to be so creamy & lately we’ve been super disappointed with the Old Mac & the Spold. It’s like straight oil & noodles. This has happened a few times now & I emailed Montage but never got a response as well as mentioned it before ordering this last time.

Ordered few things and the quality for the price was not what it used to be. Cost $15 and the amount of food wasn’t enough it doesn’t taste like what it used to. Don’t really understand why they cut down on the quantity when they make you pay more for it.

Montage is hands down one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried! I stopped by for their Po’boy Shrimp Sandwich, and it was absolutely incredible. The shrimp were perfectly crispy, seasoned to perfection, and piled high on a soft, buttery roll. The sauce added just the right amount of tangy, creamy goodness, tying everything together beautifully.
Even though they specialize in mac & cheese, this sandwich proves they know their way around comfort food in all forms. The service was friendly and quick, and you can tell they put real love into their food. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu! If you see the Montage truck, don’t hesitate—just order!

Ordered a shrimp Po’ boy meal and was not disappointed. Great bread, delicious sauce, perfectly cooked and seasoned shrimp, huge helping of fries that had a fantastic Cajun seasoning. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommend.

Awesome restaurant and the entire area is really cool. I ordered the Old (creamy garlic) with chicken and it was delicious. They do put extra cheese on top so FYI if you don’t want it, make sure to ask. Only pitfall for our experience was they only text you, even if you’re standing right in front of the stand waiting for your order. Sadly, our phone was on silent and we didn’t see the text come in for a bit, and the gal never said anything. But the food was still hot and good. Would definitely come by again!
