Very unassuming from the outside but pretty cool on the inside with an addition added to it. We got the bel air breakfast and I have to say the bread is delicious! It has a smoky taste to it that I’ve never had before. For the rest of the breakfast, you have the option to have chicken bacon. It all tasted really good but I do feel that the potatoes were a bit over cooked and slightly under seasoned. Service was good and fairly quick.

It was such a great experience! The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the $35 Thursday menu, and it was incredibly complete—he was more than satisfied by the end! As for me (vegetarian), I had the risotto and WOW, it was amazing. Chef Mike even came by a couple of times to check on us personally, which made the experience feel even more special. Highly recommended!

The food was absolute perfection,so flavorful! Chef Mike is an absolute talent and I had to personally see him to thank him for the delicious meal. We stayed in Mont Tremblant for a week and normally I like to explore as many different restaurants as possible, but the food here was so delicious, I had to come back again.
Also the chef’s dog Reeba was such a sweet dog, my son absolutely loved her so much. Thank you for bringing her, it made our visit even more perfect.

Le Bistro at Bel Air Tremblant is such a charming little French spot. They’ve got both dome dining and regular restaurant seating, and the vibe is really cozy. The menu covers breakfast, brunch, and dinner. For dinner, you’ll definitely want to book ahead since it gets busy, but for breakfast, people don’t usually reserve, so even booking the night before is fine.
We only tried brunch and it was honestly amazing, the pancakes were hands down the best we’ve ever had. Every dish we ordered was spot on, and we all agreed it’s easily the best breakfast place around.

This restaurant did not live up to expectations. The food miss the mark by a long shot for the price. Pasta was not the al dente texture and overloaded with oil. Steak sauce look like it came out from a microwavable meal and the steak itself was quite disappointing.
In addition to all of that, service was not horrendous in terms of attitude but the wait was unjustly slow. It was not a busy night, at least 3 or 2 empty tables. The only redeeming factor was the music making the wait time some what bearable. Very disappointing considering all the other good reviews.

Thurs 09 Oct 2025 : Paul and I returned for a 2nd dinner with Chef Mike’s Thursday night special Prix Fix menu which was another outstanding meal ! Thanks Chef Mike and team for another fabulous evening with excellent food flavours, service and unique dining experience in the geodesic dome ! We’ll be back. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star att around rating again !!

I was quite disappointed with both the food and overall service. The water glasses had a noticeable sulfuric (egg-like) smell, and even after requesting replacements, the second set had the same issue. I ordered a medium-rare steak but was served one that was chewy and a well-done steak. Although our server was courteous and apologetic, the quality of the food ultimately made the experience underwhelming.
We had high expectations based on the appealing photos and positive online presence, but unfortunately, the reality did not match. Interestingly, another reviewer mentioned a similar issue with their steak, and the couple seated beside us also shared the same feedback. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience that fell short of expectations.

We had the loveliest dinner on Friday night. Started with the Perfect Egg and the Ceviche. Both were a feast for the eyes and tasted spectacular. Our mains were the duck breast and the filet of beef with mashed potatoes and truffle. The servings were all very generous. They hit all the right notes and accompaniments were a welcome touch. The chef came to introduce himself after the meal, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately our server left before we had a chance to order dessert.

Great food . I went for breakfast randomly one morning with my wife just for coffee and to share a small breakfast. Ended up taking a breakfast sandwich. As some one that has been working in restaurants for 20 years I am very picky and opinionated when I go out to eat. Let me tell you, this place was amazing. We ended up going 4 times during our 3 night stay. Each time the quality of the food kept the same amazing standards. My first 5 star experience.
