Get the Cajun chicken. It is their signature dish and was created in 1996 and stayed through ownership/chef changes. Portion sizes are good. The NY strip was also reqlly good for steak outside of Texas 😉
Really enjoyed our experience. Check then out!
The food came out a little slow, but we didn’t mind because we were catching up. However, the dessert came out REALLY slow.
Everything tasted and looked good, so I guess it was worth it.
We didn’t try any drinks, but they looked great. We ordered a lobster salad, which was just okay, and a Wagyu burger with fries—the fries were definitely the highlight of the meal. We also had espresso, which was good, and finished with two scoops of sorbet.
I would definitely come back, but more so to sit outside, enjoy some appetizers, and have a drink.
From start to finish, Reynaldo our server did a great job and was very knowledgeable on the menu. The manager was also helpful checking in on us. The hostess even ran out to open the door for us upon entering, felt welcomed.
The crudite was a nice start, loved the pepitas on the hummus and the veggies were fresh and crisp.
The Paillard de Poulet was light, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was pounded very thin and grilled, and although just a touch on the dry side, the kale salad on top revived it. The golden raisins added a nice chewy texture and an element of sweetness to complement the tangy and earthy grain mustard on the chicken.
The Le Vacheran stole the show. This is their signature dessert and rightfully so. Refreshing raspberry sorbet with creamy vanilla ice cream and meringue wafers. It’s bright, refreshing and perfect way to end a meal.
The chocolate mousse was also delicious. Rich, decadent dark chocolate that is silky smooth. Very indulgent and will definitely leave you feeling satisfied of that chocolate craving.

⭐️ My Experience:
Had a fabulous dinner at Le Bilboquet Sag Harbor—a vibrant, upscale French bistro right on the water. The atmosphere is so chic and social—the perfect spot for a sunset dinner or long evening out with friends.
What I ordered:
• Tuna Tartare – fresh, perfectly dressed with sesame and crispy wontons.
• Mushroom Risotto – creamy, rich, and full of flavor with shaved Parmesan.
• Seasonal Salad – crisp and refreshing—great balance for richer dishes.
• Aperol Spritz – classic, bubbly, and perfectly mixed.
Service was warm and polished, with attentive staff who made us feel welcomed. The stylish décor, DJ-set ambiance, and marina view made the experience even more memorable.
