Pretty good shop! It’s a little bit pricier than other places. It is a sandwich shop with an Asian twist. They sell banhmi sandwiches and bubble teas. I kept overhearing people ask about their other location so I am guessing the owner is well known in the community and had another place.

This place was really good! My partner had been with it was a different sub shop but they kept a lot of the subs. We got the meatball sub and the zesty Italian with Thai Teas + boba.
