Spent a couple hours at the Legends Casino and my brother-in-law and I got hungry, so at about 9 pm we decided to eat at this restaurant. We were promptly and politely greeted by the host and seated right away. We ordered the T-bone special with baked potato and vegetables, and the Smash burger with fries. Both meals were excellent and satisfying. Our waitress went above and beyond with her service. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. Thumbs up!

When they brought the nachos, I was impressed. I almost wanted to pull out a ruler to measure the height. The meat was not dripping with grease, and was perfectly seasoned. The chips were freah and not soggy. Burgers and fries were made exactly as ordered. Most places forget when you ask for special requests.

Service is terrible and the food absolutely is not worth the experience or the wait, stood at the host counter for 20 minutes without being greeted Only to be told to wait an additional 10 minutes, it wasnt busy it was dead just badly understaffed, once we got a table it took another 10 minutes just for someone to take our drink order, figure a casino turns enough profit you can afford to hire enough staff to run a restaurant. Food was mid at best. Not going back.

I took my husband and grandson in for breakfast today. Our food was cold but the plates were hot. The food didn’t have much flavor. We did the steak and eggs , sausage and eggs, a bacon and eggs breakfasts. All of them were flavorless. And again all of our food was cold.
The waitress wasn’t very engaging or customer facing.
The cost of the food was very reasonable. If the food was good it would be a really great deal.
All in all we do not plan on coming back, very disappointing.

TL/DR The food is not good. It started when my wife got her salad. Nothing fancy just a salad with thousand island dressing. The dressing looked like red curdled milk, not like dressing. My wife didn’t like it. I tasted it, it was not only looking not like dressing, but it tasted like literal vomit. Things can only get better, right? Unfortunately, no. I asked for French onion soup as the starter. What I got looked like French onion soup, but I can’t describe what it tasted like other than to say it was not French onion soup. My wife’s burger was “OK” in her word. My son barely touched his fettuccine Alfredo. He said he didn’t know if it was good or bad. The seafood pasta I ordered was on par with a frozen Stouffer’s meal. I grew up here in Reno and remember the wonderful food. Now I’m older, everything cost a lot more but not everything is as good. The casinos really went down in quality it seems.

Service was great here, but food was low quality. Chicken wings were decent, but not flavorful at all. Steak quality tasted HORRENDOUS. The texture tasted poor and color was a dull pink color for the prime rib. My ex husband’s steak was tough and hard to chew as well.

Kids fettuccine Alfredo was so good

I took one bite. Almost threw up, I sent it back and went next door to Dukes and got a delicious steak there instead.

I don’t recommend steak dishes here. Pasta was decent, I saw photos of a penne pasta and it looks good too.

Service was excellent. Sorry I am too lazy to write a proper review.

The place looked good and my service wasn’t too bad either. I had the prime rib special. The veggies and the potatoes were actually quite good. The prime rib on the other hand was petty rough. I do quite a bit of cooking and I’ve worked in restaurants before and I’m pretty sure they take low grade rib steaks put them in a roasting pan and cook them. Then they warm them to order. The meat tasted OK but it was gray and very dry.

Im here to offset some snooty people’s reviews.

Scene: My beautiful, amazing, ex-theater kid gf and myself were on our way to see Wicked at the theater next door to the casino and were looking for a quick bite before settling in for the almost 3 hour movie. We looked up the grill and thought the menu looked simple enough, and the price was right for a quick, no-frills meal. However, the reviews had us second guessing ourselves all the way until the food arrived.

Let me be the first and last to tell you that this place is exactly what you’re thinking it is, and maybe a little bit more. We got the sampler platter, a ruben sandwich, and a prime rib sandwich. Let’s start with the sampler platter: THE WINGS!? The wings, folks… far better than they had any right to be. Good amount of crisp without being overcooked or dry. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly cheesy and tasty. The whole plate was as good or better than what we expected; we’ve definitely paid more for worse elsewhere. The sandwiches were unremarkable but exactly what we expected for a diner/grill style, affordable dinner. Again, I’ve definitely paid more money for worse sandwiches. The french fries were also solid, I should add.

Our server, Stacy, was running our little section of tables and was polite, helpful, quick, and never too far away for too long.

Now, the one and only negative aspect of the experience I did have was experiencing what seemed to be some drama between the manager with the long ponytail and a member of the wait-staff. I was on the side of the waiter immediately after seeing the RBF of this manager and hearing her cold, indifferent, not-at-all-discreet bark notifying other staff that her employee was being sent home. Her half-hidden scowl seemed to suck the warmth out of the room. I don’t think she has smiled a genuine smile since Ralph Macchio made the cover of Teen Beat… or maybe she was having a bad night and is horrible at not advertising her frustration all over her face.

Overall, great experience with the people we interacted with. Food was better than it needed to be for the price and we left full and happy.

DO NOT PISS OFF THE MANAGER!!

We have been coming here when we have comps from the casino. Several months ago, they were a place we would generally avoid and only utilize the comps if we really were out of options. Lately, we noticed some new items in their menu, and tried them again. The food has been much better for us! Much more flavor than before, and all around better options!
