First of all, there were almost no customers in the restaurant at that time, which means the staff were not busy at all. Despite this, they showed no interest in serving properly. From the very start, I was not greeted, not even with a simple “hello.” There was no smile, no acknowledgment, no effort to make me feel welcome. It felt like I was disturbing them just by being there.
When I ordered shashlik, the food that was brought out was extremely poor in quality. The taste was flat, the texture was off, and it clearly showed that no care went into preparing it. On top of that, the person serving the food was completely distracted, staring at their phone instead of paying attention to the customer. This is very unprofessional and shows a lack of basic respect.
At one point, I asked the server if we were supposed to eat the food with our hands since nothing else was provided. Instead of addressing the issue, the server casually responded, “I’ll bring tea later.” By the time the tea finally arrived, the food was already cold, and the whole meal was ruined.
To make things worse, the tea that was served was not even real tea. It was just plain hot water with no taste at all. I had to send it back, and when it was brought again, it was still the same — just hot water. This felt intentional, as if the staff simply didn’t care about the quality of what they were serving.
The entire experience showed a complete lack of professionalism. When there are hardly any customers, there is absolutely no excuse for such careless, disrespectful, and lazy service. A restaurant should never make customers feel ignored, unwelcome, or cheated with bad food and poor service.
Management must take immediate action. Workers need to be properly trained to understand hospitality, customer service, and respect. If these employees cannot do their job correctly, then new staff should be hired. Otherwise, more and more people will leave disappointed, just like I did.
I am very dissatisfied with my experience and strongly recommend that serious changes be made as soon as possible.
This time i am not that happy with service. small portion of kebab, no heavy cream with pelmen/dumpling. Just few piece of kebab/it was delicious. Next time make sure your orders. Thank you.
