Celebrating my first birthday in this new city alone could have been lonely, but Sharla made it unforgettable with a birthday song! This restaurant is a real hidden gem for anyone who loves fresh food and warm, welcoming service. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and never rushed us. The flavors were rich, well balanced, and clearly prepared with care. Portions were generous, prices were fair, and the place was clean and well organized. I especially appreciated how the team checked on us and handled special requests politely. I will definitely return and recommend this spot to friends and family.

Our first time at Lazy Dog, the atmosphere is warm and cozy. However the food did not meet our expectations. The meat portions are very little and is overloaded with rice, for the high price you pay. The service was incredibly slow, our waitress was never around and finally we had to walk up to another waitress to pay our receipt.

I ate here for the first time today for a work lunch and really enjoyed it. The restaurant is very clean, spacious and has a lodge theme, complete with a cozy fireplace. The menu has a wide variety of items and they even have tv dinners that you can take home to eat later. There is also a nice outdoor area where you can bring your dog and a really nice bar inside. It’s a really cool place!

We had a great time at Lazy Dog in Plano! While our server had a few small hiccups, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everyone we interacted with was kind and welcoming.
They even treated us to free appetizers, the garlic parm kettle chips! Pretty good! We also tried the sugar bacon, which was a fun surprise, but not as good as I thought it would be! We were celebrating our Nana’s birthday, and they kindly brought her a dessert. The butter cake was delicious, you really can’t go wrong with that one. We ended up eating every bite of everything we ordered!
I had the PB&J burger and it was sooo good, definitely something I’d order again. My partner got the Alfredo, which was also solid. The only miss for our group was the chicken parmesan—it just wasn’t a favorite.

We were impressed! Great food with fabulous lunch prices. Our server, Jacob was awesome. Even the GM, Jason came over and chatted with us for a while. Highly recommend and we will be back!!

Blown away by the AMAZING service at this restaurant. The wait staff is knowledgeable and well trained in customer service. We had a reservation and had no wait time. They seated us promptly and had everything ready for us. The food was good, had a few issues with some items but overall it was a great experience. The friendliness and attention given by the whole team who served us made it worthwhile. Will be back.

Came here after working late. Enjoyed the happy hour margarita and the sweet and spicy sambal with chicken. The chicken was crispy, tender and super flavorful as were all of the vegetables. The bartender was attentive and pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My mom and I recently went to this restaurant while on a quick trip to Dallas! We were looking for something to eat that was sit-down style, but not too formal. We drove past this restaurant, and after looking at the menu, we decided to try it! We were so impressed!
The manager came to our table with a free appetizer of BBQ Chips, which were awesome, and he wanted to welcome us!
Our waiter, Ramsey, was amazing! She was so helpful in navigating us through the menu and always made sure to check on us.
I got the chicken alfredo, and it was truly one of the best I had ever eaten! Along with my meal, I got a free S’mores brownie since they had a special going on, and it was out-of-this-world!
The manager came around again at the end of our time and gave us a free appetizer/dessert coupon for when we come next time.
When I say that I have literally already texted my cousin and told her she needs to go here when she goes to Dallas soon, I am not joking!
