Without a doubt the best chicken tenders you will ever have, bar none. They knock the competitors out of the water (looking at you, Popeye’s and Raising Cane’s). Seriously, get the spicy tenders with some Layne’s sauce. You’ll understand what I’m getting at.
They got some tasty other options as well. Their milkshakes are good, the cookies are nice, and the fries are so so crunchy. Texas toast is killer too. It’s a regular stop for me now since I crave it specifically.

Food is served fresh and hot with excellent portion sizes. Service is amazing, I was asked to try an item one of the chefs was working on and it was amazing. Feels like being part of the family. Atmosphere is cozy with the eating areas neat and clean. Highly recommended!!!

Super funny experience for the first time. Upon entering I was greeted by Darnell’s, who had an AWESOME personality. Funny and friendly not to just me but everyone that I seen her come in contact with. The food was good and served fresh. The jalapeño ranch sauce is . We had the best experience this evening at Layne’s thanks to the amazing human behind the counter.
They were so fun and kind. Singing and happy, helpful through and through. My crew can be a lot and they weren’t annoyed for even a second.
Our food was fresh and tasty. Great portions, and we tried a little of everything, especially with sauces!
Love that the spicy tenders were seasoned and not sauced.
My only regret is not finding out the name of the employee to call and let a manager know they’ve got a great one!

I love Layne’s, but this particular location wasn’t it. The whole restaurant smelled of smoke, I’ve got chronic bronchitis and I was pretty much upset because they were smoking outside in front of the door with it wide open. The only reason I didn’t say anything was I ordered online, was in a hurry & just wanted to grab my food and go. But no one was inside, the people I walked past on the way in were employees and took their tyme to acknowledge me. I normally don’t write reviews if they are gonna be bad but I got syck and my bronchitis flared up because of the exposure to smoke. I’m just trynna let others know, just in kase they have similar problems. Just go to the one in Oakland, I’ve never had issues there.

Yummy!! Loved the spicy ones more. Loved the service. She took the order, went back and made them and then came out to hand over my order at the table I was sitting at and was super sweet! I didn’t ask her name but definitely perfect service!
The fingers were tender and juicy. A bit oily as well but if they weren’t, they would taste dry so I was happy with my order. Of course the Layne’s sauce was amazing. More than chicken fingers, I loved the crinkle cut fries! So fresh and tasty! I wish they had some mustard satchets like the ketchup ones.

Places you shouldn’t eat or waste your time or money…. I attempted to get this $15 value of a tender meal corrected and the customer service I experienced was distasteful, horrible and a complete disregard of my travel and time as I went out of my way to get this issue fixed. Layne’s is NOT CONSiSTENT WiTH QUALiTY and rude when you ask them to respectfully make things right. Photos provided.

The portions you received for the price seems like a rip off. But apparently other people when they went, received bigger portions than the ones my coworkers and I received, which doesn’t make sense at all. Maybe it’s different for sitting in vs. take out but it should be consistent for the price either way. They don’t have descriptions of what is in the wraps or what’s in the sauce they use for the chicken in the wrap. The pictures of the portions were very deceiving. Definitely would not recommend.
