I absolutely love Layers!!! I’m so glad they opened up very close to my home. They did a spectacular job with my husband’s birthday cake. Both my daughters love their cupcakes, and whenever we have a special occasion, this is our go-to bakery!!! Our favorite flavors are Lotus Biscoff, Belgian Malt, and Red Velvet.

Went Thanksgiving Day and got a dozen cupcakes. My brother and his family LOVE ❤️ their cupcakes and so does my daughter. The cupcakes are fresh and sweet but not overly sweet just perfect. Fully recommend.

I’ve gotten layers numerous times for many events and have introduced layers to many of my friends. I ordered my beautiful wedding cake and recently my gender reveal cake and have never been happier. I was so in love with my wedding cake that I couldn’t go anywhere else for any future events. Any inspiration picture is always accommodated and of course tastes delicious!! The texture and taste of all flavors is so addicting and I cannot stay away. The service is also always so lovely.

My family and I are obsessed with Layers. We get cupcakes and other desserts whenever we are in the area, but Layers has become our go-to for custom cakes. I think I have gotten a cake from them for almost every occasion this past year. They always deliver on the cake decor and the cake themselves are super fresh, moist, and delicious.

Very beautiful decor. Something about black and gold colors make a place look modern without any hint of depression. Right. Getting back to the cakes. I’ve only ordered the cupcakes. I’ve asked for one of each to try but didn’t get a chance to taste test them all. I can attest to the cupcakes being moist. Not too much frosting but not too little either. It was the perfect amount of cake and frosting. The cupcakes weren’t really packed in the box as well as I would like so the drive home tipped the cupcakes over. The cupcakes were a little over-priced in my opinion. I have purchased good cupcakes that were bigger in size for the amount they charge. I would revisit if it isn’t out of my way. I would come back for the salted caramel and red velvet. They have the cake version too.

Wow has this place gone downhill since it opened! Over time I’ve noticed the staff aren’t friendly as they used to be and their prices have dramatically increased in person and on the app.
1) I ordered 6 cupcakes in person on June 27, and originally I wanted 4 but they didn’t have box holders for 4 so I opted for 6. Before they used to have box holders for 2,4, and 6. I didn’t realize until I came home that the box they gave me says “celebrating mothers” really?!?!? You can’t change out the boxes to reflect the current season and have to resort to old boxes you can’t get rid of?? I was taking these in for an office celebration and now I’m going to be mocked at for bringing in a mothers day celebration box at the end of june. so much for value of price! Again I didn’t notice the writing in store otherwise I would’ve gone with 3, 2-box holders (inconvenient as well but at least its not going to make me a laughingstock). I included pics of my receipt, the 6 box holder with the mothers day message and my phone background which shows the exact date for proof. I didn’t notice it because the man working behind the counter placed this pink box inside their blue carrier bag while packing it behind the counter and i left the store with the blue bag not the box alone.
2) They’ve increased the prices dramatically. Before they were around $3 flat including tax for a cupcake, now they’re running around $3.50 without tax. A small price increase sure, but you’re not getting what you paid for. They’ve decreased the actual cake size and increased the top cream so it looks full but at least 3/4 is just top cream (see pic for yourself). It wasn’t like this before. It was full of the actual cake and minimal cream topping before.
3) They used to have a buy 1 get 1 free cupcakes, and sundaes offer on uber eats app. The deal was that you would get 2 for the price of 1 give or take a few change. Now they’ve increased that price as well so even though it says buy 1 get 1 free, you’re basically getting 2 cupcakes for the price of 2. There’s nothing free about the second cupcake so I don’t even know why they’re stating it like buy one get one free other than to seem lucrative. very shady!
4) The staff is very short and not as nice as they used to be. They always seem like you’re bothering them and not really interested in doing their job, almost like they’re doing you a favor.
All in all it’s not worth it anymore, sure the flavor is still pretty good but overall I’d find another alternative for your baked goods! The owner replying to the messages on here comments on every review with a “fake review”, but how many bad reviews does it take for the owner to realize the problem is with the actual shop and not the customers?

Stumbled upon this place by chance and I’m obsessed with their Lotus Biscoff sundae and their ferrero rocher cupcake. Hubby loves the Nutella brownie and the raffaello cupcake. We once got the Ferrero Rocher cake and it was AMAZING!!!
Their service is excellent too. Always super friendly and helpful if we need assistance or just guidance in choosing something.
The vibe is really nice and they do have seating for few if anyone want to enjoy these amazing desserts on the spot.
So glad we discovered this spot and can’t wait to keep trying more and more of their luscious treats.

Ordered a custom cake a few days before the event and the staff made it so easy to order. Very happy with the how it came out. As a plus it was delicious and a hit with everyone! Many times custom cakes don’t taste as good w all the fondant and decorations but this cake still held its original flavor profile and didn’t have that thick overly sweet outside covering. Thank you to Layers , Westbury for their amazing work!

We went over the weekend to try Layers bakery for the first time, we drove over almost 2 hrs to get there because we heard its Pakistani based bakery and were expecting some Pakistani bakery flavors and taste which we didn’t get to see. It’s a small sweet bakery with lots of options to choose from mostly chocolate. We tried Ferrero Chocolate Cake, Cadbury Brownie, Malt brownie, Oreo cupcake, Lotus cupcake, strawberry cupcake. Being a chocolate lover I can tell that all the chocolate included batter tasted the same in Cake, brownie and cupcake only the top layer of chocolate had different flavor. The prices are a bit high in compare to what you get. Customer service is good.
