The Hughes Rd staff are always wonderful! Most of the time they greet me by name and I have seen them treat every customer that walks in their door with care. They are quick and organized even when they are so busy I don’t know how they do it. My favorite lunch in Madison. ❤️

Madison, AL location service accuracy has declined. The last 4 months of orders something was always been missing from my paid in full orders. Whether it’s at the drive up window or Delivery service something will be missing from my order. I called the store sometimes they don’t answer or sometimes they place you on hold and don’t pick back up. Please ensure your employees read the order for accuracy and everything that is on the receipt is in the order before handing to customers or delivery services.
