This was my first experience here. The atmosphere is really pretty and the outdoor seating is nice. There were a few mosquitoes, but they did have some fans trying to keep those away. The appetizer of goat cheese and their lavender honey was amazing as was the cheesecake with berries. I will give those both five stars. The entrées were just OK. They weren’t bad but they weren’t anything exceptional. I nearly asked for steak sauce for my steak. But we saw that they’re cooking the steaks on a gas grill behind the restaurant so that makes sense. The servers were excellent, obviously, they were cute, well-trained, well-dressed, and very cheerful. There were multiple servers helping out with our drinks, always were filled. After dinner, you can walk down to the little creek and they have a waterfall up on the hill, which is cute. I wish they had some more signage that talked about the lavender and how they process it but that’s just me being a nerd.

Super fun date night with friends. Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food! Service was a little slow but it wasn’t a busy night. Must check out but be sure and snag a reservation!

First off I was disappointed in the parking the ingress and egress of this place almost impossible to get in or turned around unless you’re driving a small car. Having to pay $10 a person just to have a reservation there I think is ridiculous, this place isn’t all that. There’s five food options all pretty pricey we had: Not your mama’s chicken the chicken was good but not $24 good! We also tried the beef medallions they should have been super tender however they were chewy, we had the roasted new potatoes not great not the worst thing I’ve ever ate and pesto penne which was cold when it came out on the plate. It was a nice night but we were seated outside even though there was seats open inside the whole time we were there, no option was given. I guess I expected more lavender plants as well. I will include pictures of the menu some things were cute about the place but overall not worth $20 just to go there plus $67 for the bill before tip! Honestly I wouldn’t go back for half the price.
Also I’ll add it’s not the easiest terrain if you have bad knees or trouble walking to get down to the restaurant you might want to drop someone out and then go park one way in One Way Out. We were driving a truck and had the backup when we turned in because we couldn’t make the turn. Same when we were leaving when we got to the turn we had to back up to make the turn if you’re in a car that’s probably wouldn’t be a problem.

I’m behind on reviews so I’m going to do 2 in 1. First off – I have to say we were lucky enough to get 2 reservations in the month of June and had absolutely lovely experiences both times. The first trip we took my husband’s cousin and wife as they were visiting from out of town and everyone was in love with our seats out on the porch. There was a fan going and the temperature was perfect! Everyone’s steak was cooked perfectly and sides were unique and yummy! Our second trip was with our daughter and was the last evening they were open for the season. Again everyone’s food was perfect and the waitress surprised us with a round of cheesecake at the end of our meal as we were her last table for the year. She even brought out all of the sauces and drizzled them on table side. What a way to make us feel special. Can’t wait for next year!

We have heard from so many people that this place is amazing, and had high expectations. They exceeded expectations and we had a great time. The service and wait staff was top notch and super kind. I was nervous we would be too hot for our 6:30 reservation tonight because the high today was a muggy 100 degrees, but it’s shaded and we felt pleasant the entire time. I wish we didn’t have to make reservations so far in advance (February for a June spot), but it was kind of a fun and special treat to look forward to. I recommend this place enthusiastically!

Our dinner tonight was awesome! Beautiful evening, good music and perfect weather. We got a lot of different food which you can see in photos. Once a year splurge! I will say they MUST cut their overhanging tree branches that will scrape your vehicle when in the parking area, no other way to get out!

Amazing from top to bottom. This is an experience that you just need to slow down and take it all in. Staff was awesome. Especially the sassy one. This is not an eaten place. Glass of wine in hand, relax while you take in the beautiful view and the eclectic converted patio/old chicken house/barn. I was hoping that my dinner was going to taste as good as everything smelled. I was not disappointed when they brought me a perfectly cooked ribeye. Seasoning was perfect with a light hint of lavender. Risitto with mushrooms was spot on. Goat cheese with lavender honey was wonder. Everything was wrapped with an amazing lavender cheese cake. With my cabernet, my wife stolled down to the small pond at the bottom of the hill that is fed by a hillside stream and sat and enjoyed a relaxing moment together until our 8 year old showed up wanting to play a game of cornhole…Why not?
Notes: carpool as parking is very limited and tight. You have to reserve several months in advance as they are only open in June. I hear you can put you name on a waiting list for cancelations and most important just be ready for a relaxed and amazing experience. Ps. Sorry about the picture of the half eaten cheesecake. I got caught up in the moment.

:::::Take your girl she will have fun pretending to have a fancy meal. Gave an extra star for the great business idea that is almost to the finish line. If your hungry better pregame some food as the portions are small. Open air seating with lots of flys and fly poop and cob webs on all the windows which try not to sit by them or you’ll have a window crank in your back. Ribeye was about what you would get at Applebee’s and if you don’t drink soda you default to a warm plastic cup of water no refill. Sides were cold but the Mushroom rice was good , potatoes bland but ok if you add salt n pepper. Parking adds to the fancy experience, kinda like parking in NYC, tight fit for the work truck but not bad ( would have stressed me out if she was driving). Kids count toward the 6 and a mandatory 20% tip even though they don’t have much on the menu to choose from.

Great atmosphere and good service. Food was delicious! The bruscetta was flavorful but a bit chewy. Our steaks were cooked perfect! We were bummed there wasn’t any cheesecake, and we had a party of 2 so the cake wasn’t an option. A couple more dessert options would have been great. My only issue was the parking and tight space for larger vehicles. Our new truck was scratched by the trees driving in. They need trimmed so they don’t damage vehicles.

We recently had dinner here, and it was such a fun and relaxing experience. I did have to make reservations almost 2 months in advance because they are not open very long each year. But it was worth the advanced planning. The food was terrific, especially the goat cheese appetizer.
