I’ve never seen this place before. I was actually stopping at Subway, then I saw a sign saying “Soup”. Let me tell y’all this place is great. The food was very good. Service was great!! Lauren the owner was just as sweet as she could be, made my sandwiches herself. I highly recommend this little place.

Best broccoli cheddar soup I’ve have-maybe ever. Sandwich is delicious and well put together. Ladies working today were polite, helpful. So sad this was my first visit and not my seventy first visit.

Came in on a Thursday. The special was a southwest chicken sandwich, the chicken was so tender the avocado fresh and tasty, everything else including the bread was just about perfect. I considered call them back as soon as I finished the sandwich just to tell them how great it was. Will definitely be going back to try something else

Second time here, but not my choice. Just like the first time. Just below average food – cafeteria quality. Old bread thinly masked w a light toast. Bagged frozen chicken (or so it seemed) as the main ingredient. Average service. One in our party had the special: juicy chicken. A more striking misnomer I have yet to see. So incredibly dry.
And all this might have been acceptable if it were $3 a plate and came out fast. But at $8 and a longer than expected wait, far from worth it. Bummer too because we really wanted to like this place. We hope in time they improve so our little town has a quality home style sandwich shop. Save your money and make a sandwich at home.

Quaint little deli that’s super clean! I had the bacon wrapped meat loaf with mashed potatoes. They were EXCELLENT! Some of the best homemade food I’ve ever had! Next time I’m driving on Hwy 16 through Jourdanton, I’ll be stopping here again!

Literally the best deli in town! I know it’s next to a Subway… But trust me.. you want to choose this place Everytime you come into town. Amazing sandwiches, amazing soup of the day made fresh, there’s just no better place in town for soup, sandwiches or salads… And you have to try their homemade desserts!!!!!

Had a call in order today, and I was not pleased with it. The Bufflo chicken salad was so skimpy look like just lettuce with chicken on it. A couple pieces of tomatoes no cucumbers etc. It was not a salad. My BLt had maybe two pieces of bacon on each bread wasnt toasted like I requested. I used to order from here alot, but hadn’t in a while not cuz of bad orders just had stopped. But today was a disappointment and wont be back.
