Nice cafe serving up good breakfast sandwiches & coffee.
Our group of 12 cyclists came here to rest & refuel on a Sunday ride. The venue has plenty of outdoor seating. There’s also a bbq grill in the backyard with more comfortable seats.
Fast & polite service.

We went for breakfast. I ordered an omelette with cheddar cheese, tomato, avocado and whole wheat toast with butter and strawberry jam – toast well done.
-I received: an omelette with Swiss cheese and lots of onions,Whole wheat bread with butter and strawberry jelly- not toasted.No avocado. No tomatoes.
* I sent it back. I reiterated my order request.
– I received: an omelette with pepper jack cheese and tomatoes, and rye toast with butter and strawberry jelly. No avocado.
* I sent it back. My BF reiterated my order request.
– I received: an omelette with American cheese, tomatoes and sliced avocado. Whole wheat toast and grape jelly. No butter.
Sigh….
I literally can’t even. The man looks like a nice fella. He was nice.However, they couldn’t seem to get it together to get the order right.
That’s a shame. Wasted over an hour of my time. I was late an appointment.
The entire process took over an hour.
I left hungry and extremely annoyed.
The Spanish speaking cook was unable to understand a simple order.
Extremely disappointing.
Don’t waste your time going here.

Unassuming place but wow the breakfast sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. Also had a chicken cutlet hero that was top notch. Highly recommend.

Went to Laurels today with my boyfriend because we were in the area. We ordered the special which was a quesadilla and he got the laurel burrito. Both were so good. We also really liked the ambiance outside with all the flowers and outdoor seating options.

Got the wrong order. The food was horrible. The bread was soggy. The guy who took my order barely understood english at all.
When i asked for a refund, lady was blaming it on me for not ordering right. When i repeated my order 3 times.
I highly recommend avoiding this place. Aside from getting the wrong order and being over priced; the food was bland and unseasoned!
