It sounded impressive when we became Diamond level and were told we’d have access to Caesars private lounges in AC. This was a bit of a let down when we located this lounge tucked away on Caesar’s third floor. Diamond members are charged $5 (500 reward credits) each for entry. I think we were supposed to be impressed by the chips, dip, pretzels and peanuts brought to our table? There were only a handful of people in this huge space when we were there. We snagged one of the very few tables with a view of the boardwalk. Server Alicia was a wonderful, personable server, but the boring atmosphere, watered down drinks served in plastic cups and sad snacks were not what we expected for a Diamond members lounge. Open for limited hours Friday to Sunday.

The new Laurel Lounge is horrible! They don’t serve food like they used to, when they were located downstairs—now it’s just chips, pretzels and nuts. Also, ordered a Pina Colada and barely tasted any rum in there.
The ambiance is sad—first, the lounge location is terrible, all the way upstairs around the corner. As you walk around looking for the entrance, you’ll probably wonder where the heck you are—in the middle of nowhere. It was a Sunday afternoon and the lounge was dead.

I have waited so long to visit this invite only club. The reviews are bad for this Laurel Lounge location and now I know why. If you are a vegetarian, then the food will be great. I resorted to salad to fill my stomach after trying all the options. The bartender has to make drinks in the back which is time consuming and just odd. The atmosphere is…
At times it felt more like a punishment than a reward.
The reason for a second star? Michele is a great host and the staff know their clients well.

There is nothing good about this 0lace..Not oy Caesar (now owned by Tropicana) devalued their players Diamond tier. The service also go down the hill. If you regular diamond the entry is 1500 point up from 1000 point. They increase the price for less foods and service. The place it’s look worst than any street cafe. The patrons here complaint and use a lot of racist 4emarka from female vice president, to GLBTQ2+ communities to pro abortion right. The problem is they speak so loudly offending other customer and the staff didn’t do anything. The staff even high 5fiving them.
Now the food , seriously it’s food you can grab at Walmart Id you want to see lounge see at the Ocean casino or Hard rock or Borgata. If you have to go to Laurel lounge go to Tropicana otherwise save your point and go elsewhere

The staff was very nice. So 5 stars there. I’ve had better food at a continental breakfast at the Days Inn. This Is what I imagine prison food tastes like. We went in a Sunday and there was no protein options. The corn and mashed potatoes were definitely microwaved. The dessert wasn’t any better than the food. This was the first time in my life that I couldn’t finish a cupcake. They should pay me to come here, not the other way around.

Compared to the VIP lounges I have access to at other brand casinos – this is a joke. Like I cannot even do anything but laugh. You can get chips, peanuts, pretzels. Yeah, alcohol and soft drinks. Enjoy those with your chips, pretzels, and peanuts. They really care about the money you spend to be Diamond Elite or 7 Stars. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t even waste your time. They aren’t even open during the week.

It’s unfortunate that the diamond lounges are nothing like they used to be. Even as bad as they all kind of are. We have had the best experiences at Caesar’s diamond lounge – food is very very limited, and the buffet area is small and crowded, but hey a buffet after Covid! In our few times of going it been decent. We love the clams (when they have ‘em) bar is nice and service is excellent. Chocolate cupcakes are very good as well. The servers always bring bottled water even if you don’t specifically ask. They also have a “Thai crispy chicken” that I really liked. It’s more like general Tsos in my opinion. Fried rice does need some work on the other hand. Once again this has been my favorite Caesar’s owned lounge in Atlantic City 2023.

It’s Extremely Small. The Salad line should be completely in different spot. YOU CANT REACH the Salad. And when you do everyone dropping stuff into the dressing. The dessert section is ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL. SOUP WOULD BE NICE TOO.
The lay out again to get food is ridiculous. However my foods always been very good.

We went with my 2 yr old grandson. We did not get to dine inside. The restaurant was empty at 11am, they denied us entry because we were not a Diamond card holder. Little me only has a gold card. Ridiculous the place was empty , so I guess the more you gamble the more access you would have to dine at their restaurant.

Used to be awesome, now it’s terrible. Only serve peanuts. Literally every other players lounge in AC is better than CET lounges. They’ve added and Caesar’s has taken away.
