I was visiting family in Whitefish and got a suggestion to check this place out. Fantastic! Super attentive staff and great food! Had the mushroom pizza with a egg and it hit the spot. Cool DJ downstairs was playing nice remixes and everyone enjoying a Friday night in Whitefish. So much fun very nice spot. top notch service! Thanks! I WILL BE BACK!

Latitude 48 is an absolute gem! The food was absolutely delicious , every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was just as impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot for a memorable meal, and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is great and the booth that we sat at was really comfortable. Our server was attentive, there didn’t seem to have a real familiarity with the portions of menu items. The mixed drink menu was imaginative and a second round was ordered. I would not order my meal again, opting for one of their more exotic offerings.

We were greeted by the hostess telling us happy hour was from 5:00 – 6:30, even though we were dining after 7:00. The only good thing about our meal was the wine. The crispy pork belly was not crispy. The Caesar salad was lacking, much like the personality of our waitress. The bison ravioli were drenched in gravy. The scallops were at least properly cooked, but had no seasoning. Perhaps there is a reason so many tables were open when we walked in. Sad, because we have had good meals here in the past. Head down the street to Abbruzzos or Tupelos and you will be much happier!

Fantastic place with a great atmosphere and nice eating arrangements. You can see that there’s a lot of love put into the food and the menu is great, albeit a little bit confusing. How you should set up your evening with your own dishes? What is enough and what is not enough etc. Especially for someone that is not from quote” around. If you can, Carla hats to get a reservation for the table in the little Nook because you have a great view of downtown whitefish

Glad we stopped here. The overall dining experience was nice. Hostess / server both extremely friendly. The atmosphere was good; place wasn’t loud or over-crowded and I liked the decor inside, especially in the bathroom. The cocktails were all excellent, food was pretty good as well, nothing we ordered was particularly worth ranting and raving over but we were satisfied, not many complaints at all aside from one steak being slightly over-cooked (which they offered to compensate for). Favorite dishes were probably the calamari (which was a mozz-stick style I’d never seen before, thought it was cool), the truffle mac, and the elk (which I also enjoyed because it was something new). This restaurant seemed like one of the nicer spots in Whitefish. Prices were a bit higher but I would recommend this as a worthy stop to any friend who happened to be in this area.

The DJ in the lounge part was a little loud, but the atmosphere was very cool. The food was great and the desserts were heavenly, and I’m not a huge dessert person. The brussel sprouts were phenomenal.

Nice place.
Overpriced. 8$ for a mock tail?
22$ for tuna tartar that comes with wonton pieces that crumble in your hands.

65$ for a beef ribeye with a bunch of gristle.only a butter knife.
Ordered medium rare. Got blue rare. No crust or sear on the steak. For that price the steak better be absolute perfection. They comped me a single slice of desert. I can get perfection in a beef ribeye for 55$ Canadian dollars. I didn’t say much to the waiter, still left a tip, but honestly they should be embarrassed.

2nd time here and consistent excellence. My party ordered the scallops (server said 5 to a serving, but only 4 on my plate) , elk steak, and steak frites. Brussels sprouts appetizer. Lemoncello cake, NY cheesecake.

Dined with wife and daughter at Latitude 48 on our last night in Whitefish. Seated quickly and was soon greeted by our excellent waiter.
I ordered the Bison Ribeye and was extremely disappointed. The portion size was so small I couldn’t believe it. For a “Ribeye” cut it was TINY. About 4″ long by 2″ wide by 1″ thick. I ordered it cooked Medium, but it was more Rare, which is fine. It was tougher than old shoe leather and had a fair amount of gristle on it. It was tough to choke down, but I was hungry. It was a $38 entree’ that came with nothing else. I also ordered a side of Broccolini, which had very thick undercooked/raw stalks. So my meal was a total bust. My wife and daughter fared better.
I don’t complain much and will eat what’s put in front of me, as that’s how I was raised in a family of 5 children. But my meal was a total bummer.
DO NOT ORDER THE BISON RIBEYE. Nuff said.
