If you’re looking for the perfect spot to sit right on Lake Champlain and watch the boats come and go at Rouses Point, this is it. You can even drive your boat up to the pier (I’m not sure about the rules, we were landlubbers). The place is spacious, super clean, and has a friendly staff. The views are unbeatable—huge windows all around immerse you in the stunning scenery while you sip on a cold beer (or two, or three). A great spot to kick back and take it all in!

Great spot to have a beer after working on your boat where you’ll always find hilarious personalities. Expect semi-sober behavior after planned events such as the tradition of sitting on and breaking inflated party balloons to startle the guests. 🙂

It’s okay .At least they made the place bigger to accommodate the bands that entertain there . Nicer ,cleaner restrooms . They should do well cause of the improvements to the building . Wish they would get blenders to make strawberry daiquiris .I love them . One of my favorite drinks .

…small place on the lake ..but dont let the size fool you…had a great time with the locals ..band was awesone..and walked out with a big smile on my face ..drink $ very inexpensive…def will visit again on my next trip up that way!!
