We went today was immediately told there was not much to order from the menu . We were new to the area did not think much of it ordered 2 orders and originally we were told it was 21$ then out of nowhere it turned out to be 41$ . Staff was not friendly at all . You have to physically go up to the waitress to get the check terrible service wouldn’t even give it 1 star . Do not go here . Price changed from 21$ to 41$ . Terrible food dry rice and no seasoning on any of the food . Rice was most likely from 2 weeks that’s how hard it was . Waitress was judging pretty hard and surcharged us would never go again . Latin Star in spring valley has my heart I travel 25 minutes just to go to that one . Extremely friendly staff at that one and this one is the opposite of what we were use to

Staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly. There was a misunderstanding with my order and had to drive back to reorder again without an apology. I ended up paying $30, what a joke. The food is average and nothing new. The lady behind the counter didn’t speak any english, which was frustrating in addition to the looks they were giving me. I strongly recommend hiring someone that speaks both languages.

They over charged me for some beans and other things . I saved my receipt I went back to show them I got over charged. 2 days later I go to use the “ credit “ they left me since I got over charged. Now they saving they don’t remember over charging me. Worse experience ever. Worse spot ever. Los amigos is the way to go .

Me and my friend have had Latin Star before but at another location. Our first time going to this location was horrible. I kept having to repeat myself. She kept switching up the order didn’t understand me. She could barely speak English. It was very frustrating. I had to pay and leave unsatisfied.

No prices on menu. No check at end, just told us the total and then made it higher when we went to pay. Felt like they’re just seeing how much they can grab from a customer not willing to make a scene. Mediocre food isn’t worth feeling like you were taken advantage of.
