This place is STILL the goat…been coming here for years.
When I’m in Mammoth this is the only calories I consume now, their meals are so well priced and it’s also some of the best Latin American food I’ve ever had (and I’ve had A LOT)
Experiment with the menu, everything is amazing.

The most authentic and delicious Mexican food in Mammoth. This is a great place to buy ingredients and groceries that you can’t find at a normal grocery store. The staff is very kind and prices are very fair. Highly recommend eating here.

Family enjoyed carne asada burritos and chicken tortas. Elotes was so-so.

Finally found my spot. One of the best burritos I’ve ever had, better than any burrito I’ve ever had in Los Angeles. It was super hefty and I was very full after, came with beans and onions. And two salsas. You can take it to go or eat inside or outside at the little bar or outside the tables, three different places to eat your food. Super fast. Super cost effective and incredible quality. I’ll be coming back!!! Oh and finally a place that has actually super hot peppers, that green pepper was incredibly hot but I love hot food so if you don’t maybe don’t eat it LOL.

Perfect after mountain meal/snack. Tacos are 10/10 and affordable. Probably gonna come back again before we leave since it’s the best tasting thing I’ve eaten in mammoth. Recommend the asada and marinated beef.

If you want delicious homemade mexican food this is the spot. I had the fried shrimp tacos and the quesa bierria tacos combo they were deliciosos. My co worker had the shrimp burrito and said it was really good. The staggering are really welcoming and polite. Decently excellent. 5 starts.

For what this is, where it is, and price paid, I would recommend. This is an unusual place to find it, but the food is good genuine Mexican food. Store has exactly what you would expect to find in a Mexican market, food was good, had better, but likely best authentic tacos in Mammoth Lakes. Staff were friendly, location was interesting. Hope to return in the future. Not a lot of parking, some places to eat at the shop.

Better than expected and I would definitely return. Authentic street tacos with a side of rice and beans. The meat had good flavor not fatty. The rice was good and the beans were okay.

Anything on their menu looks decent and lemme tell you, exceptional food for great price! You ordered at the cashier when you walked in and give the ticket to the kitchen in the back. A lot of places closed on Thanksgiving but this place opened until 5pm. Such amazing and quality food! Can’t recommend enough
