1 star is too high of a rating for my experience. I’ve eaten here in past and it’s been good but today horrible! I ordered guacamole but was given green slop that didn’t even have any avocado in it! I called and complained and my husband took it back to the restaurant and they refused to help us at all. No refund and no guacamole. They wouldn’t allow us to speak to the manager and basically said they don’t make the food so they can’t comment. Horrible experience!

My family and i have been going here since i was 7-8 years old if i remember correctly. i remember the first day my family tried it. ever since then it had been my favourite restaurant. i’m 20 years old now and my favourite wait to treat myself. it’s like the person who made my burrito today knew i had a terrible day at work. it was extra stuffed, literally bursting. which usually isn’t something you’d want in a burrito but at latin fiesta ill take anything i can get it is so good. this place holds so many memories for me. from playing eye spy waiting for our food to be ready when i was you to showing my exchange friends 2 years ago and them loving it almost as much as me (no one loves it as much as me). when life is hard this is the first place i go to first. it never has failed me. the people who work their are so sweet too. there was an older lady working there and i don’t think she understood english very well because i tried to compliment her lipstick and she thought i was saying there was something on her face and i could tell she felt embarrassed but i truly just wanted that lady to know how beautiful she was. as for the food, their vegetarian burrito is to die for. honestly all of their burritos are. the pupusa’s, enchiladas, chicken tacos, chicken nachos, tortilla soup, and tamales are worth going through torture for. i can’t say enough good things about this place, i wish i could genuinely have one next to my house so i could eat it everyday. (it’s my second day in a row)

What happened to Latin Fiesta?
I have an extremely limited diet, so this was one of a handful of restaurants I can eat at. The tacos used to be cheap, full of meat and always got my order right.
Over the last 6 months they’ve nosedived in quality, and accuracy of the orders, not to mention how much of a nightmare doordashing is. I just ordered 6 fish tacos, and I got exactly 1 inch worth of fried fish per taco, for nearly $5 per taco now.
Every time I’ve ordered on doordash (~3 times), they’ve added something that I specified I have an allergy to, like today, there was cheese hidden under the tiny amount of fish and mountain of lettuce.
Shame on you guys, do better.

Latin Fiesta used to be fantastic but they’ve gone downhill in a big way. The enchilada platter used to actually fill the plate, they’ve downsized it to snack size but charge $18! Don’t order here if you’re actually hungry. The tacos used to have 2 corn tortillas each but now it’s one flour tortilla and it falls apart before you even get it close to your mouth. Major fail, it’s unfortunate I will have to find a new Mexican restaurant that doesn’t screw you on portion size. Like really, rice & beans don’t cost much.

Horrible! We went in expecting the food to be the same as last time, but they changed their portions to be a mere tablespoon of rice and beans with their enchiladas and the enchiladas are not even baked. Not to mention, they gave us salsa verde in place of the guacamole we ordered and we only noticed when we took it home. One of us went to take it back and the management team argued with us telling us it was guacamole. They did this with MULTIPLE customers and then refused to give us a refund. There was a Mexican student in the restaurant and they confirmed the gave us salsa verde and NOT guacamole. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DO NOT GO!

This is a wonderful hidden gem in the kelowna area. We go here at least once a month and are always amazed at the quality of the food, the customer service and wonderfuln atmosphere. Today we got tamales tacos chinichangas & pozole! Absolutely wonderful.

Terrible!!!, First impression counts a lot, specially in food service. Nice pics of food but the service from owner or manager very despicable, and the first think he asked was the tip!!!! Before service!!!!. I will never back again but I have to review two positive points:
1) good taste of food
2) a very polite server from Guadalajara in the team.
Sadly, people lose the hearts to rule business in the way because the product is good and it doesn’t matter competition because you are unique, but that is a very big mistake.
Portions are normally, maybe a big guy will need to select more than one order.
