Excellent experience. The place was busy and there was only one waiter, yet service was fast, friendly, and very well organized. Food quality was great, especially the Cuban sandwich, which is easily among the best I’ve had in Miami. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Prices are very reasonable, making it a great value for the area. A solid option on Coral Way if you’re looking for good Cuban food without overpaying.

From the moment we walked into Latin America on Coral Way, everything was absolutely exceptional. The restaurant was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere.
The food? Out of this world. Every dish came out hot, fresh, and bursting with authentic flavor. You can truly taste the care and quality in every bite. Service was impressively fast, and the presentation made everything look even more delicious.
Special shout-out to the cook, Carlos — phenomenal job in the kitchen. The food was prepared to perfection and truly exceeded expectations.
And I must recognize my amazing server, Lissette. Her service was top-notch — attentive, professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make the experience special.
This place delivers on quality, speed, cleanliness, and service all at once, which is not easy to find.

The cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. During my visit, a dog that apparently stays inside the restaurant and that I saw coming out of the kitchen area urinated next to my table while I was eating. This is completely unacceptable in a food establishment. In addition, the parking lot has a strong smell of rotting garbage. After reading numerous reviews and having experienced it myself, it is clear that this place has a serious problem with service. These are not isolated cases, but a constant pattern of poor attention that many customers describe as terrible and even disastrous. The 3.9-star rating is misleading and does not reflect reality. This place is far below what a minimally reliable restaurant should be.

I used to love this place back in the day. Recently moved back and have ordered delivery 2 times and both orders were wrong. The food isn’t what it used to be and definitely not for the comparable pricing for similar meals in nearby locations. We will not be dining here again.

Had lunch there on 1/2/26 with a cousin who was visiting from Spain, the experience could not have been worse. Not sure what was worse, the service or the food. I’m used to going to the Latin America on SW 8th St & 57th Ave. so my expectations for food and service were high. Big dissapointment.

not sure if they switched owners or what but all the great waitresses are gone and now its 2 guys taking orders, which our guy did his best but then the french fries were cold straight out the kitchen and the eggs weren’t cooked neither was the bacon. definently not what it used to be.

Service is garbage. Food is worse. They didnt start my order till i got there to pick it up. I had ordered like 35 minutes before i got there. They put mustard on my pan con bistec which is not stated on the menu! Ruined my sandwich! The girl working there even gave me attitude when they are the ones that messed up my order! Place was empty so there was no excuse for the wait and service! Last time i eat there. Plenty of better places to eat with better service.

Simple place, delicious sandwiches! Had Cuban and ropa vieja. We were treated very well, arrived in the last minutes of happy hour, got a really nice mojito. Also were treated to a delicious flan – as someone in our group said: the best outside Brazil 😉
