My wife and I had some of the best ice cream we’ve ever eaten! The gluten free Oreo Mint was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and fast. This is a place we will visit again the next time we’re at Carolina Beach.

Very yummy gelato! They have unique flavors and i’m glad I tried peach hibiscus, I’ll definitely come back to try their other flavors, maybe the coffee, or milkshakes as well. The establishment is extremely clean, with an impressive 100 health rating. They are even kind enough to have a sign allowing non paying people to come inside and enjoy the air conditioning if the heat is too much for them. Extremely kind staff.

The gelatos were soo creamy! Although they melted pretty fast, they were delicious. For me to enjoy the chocolate even though I don’t like chocolate, thats a big deal.its also on the board walk with nice views

From the gelato, to the candy, to the gifts, artwork, and the exceptional customer service, Latella is a must visit on the boardwalk of Carolina Beach. Their flavors are wonderful, they have dairy free, and vegan options too. I highly recommend the cappuccino and mint flavors. They even have coffee and an affogato here.
