This restaurant is one of those special little gems that actually inspire a review. As a climber, when coming off the wall late, there aren’t really many nighttime healthy high protein options in the area. The sushi is well priced and exceptionally good; the fish is fresh and of outstanding quality and flavor. Carter makes beautiful sushi. Trust me. I’m Asian, picky and from the city.
As much as I’d like to keep it to myself, it would be a disservice to the climbing community and to Christina and Carter who are both awesome human beings.

New Paltz needed more late night options and this is the PERFECT spot! Sushi is always amazing and the staff is so friendly. I work evenings and sometimes the only thing that gets me through my shift is knowing I can have sushi (and mozzarella sticks) after! Highly recommend the Saigon Roll. also the late night vibe the bistro transforms into is SO cute.

Killer joint! Late night food is excellent! We had sashimi, sushi and Pad Thai with homemade sauce! Generous portions and a Lower East Side atmosphere. Not your standard burgers and fries type place! Sake and imported Asian beers available as well.

Just had it for the first time and it’s AMAZING . Drinks on point! I suggest Pineapple Paradise (don’t judge it till you try it) . Dropping my wife and friends off before I went to work. I wish I didn’t have to work. I would of drank and ate even more! Fresh food later then the usual and staff was so amazing. Definitely coming back during the Day. Maybe even this weekend if it’s nice!
