We had the spice noodles and egg roll noodles. The spice noodles had serious kick while still keeping flavor. Your mouth didn’t go numb from heat. I wasn’t brave enough to add the chilies as I was already sweating pretty good. Always enjoy when I eat here.

I was visiting Alabama, and came here a few times while I was in town. And I miss this place SO much, the pho was 1000% the best I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to come back here next time I’m in the state. Seriously, please don’t drive by without the best bowl of pho in town. The flavors are on POINT, I loved everything about this place.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today. Plenty of VEGAN options that tasted wonderful. The owners were super friendly and very accommodating. We started talking about all things vegan and he went back and created something off the menu just for me and my lunch companions. The establishment was very clean including the restrooms. The next time we come back to this part of the world will definitely check in on them again and try some more vegan delicious choices

We’ve been here several times over the past six years and stop by nearly every time we pass by on I-65. Great food! Tasty avocado boba! Spring rolls and peanut sauce are very yummy! The people are lovely, always helpful, always friendly. Highly recommend!!

We just had dinner at LaTaste, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! This was our first time here, and everything from the food to the service was exceptional.
The Vietnamese PHO cuisine was delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. The hostess came to our table and personally showed us how to eat the egg rolls and how to prepare the food for the PHO. Her friendly guidance made us feel welcome and confident trying something new.
Her thoughtful explanation and genuine care elevated the meal it wasn’t just dinner, it was an experience.
We highly recommend LaTaste for anyone who wants amazing food served with genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be back! We did order alot $54 for two with appetizer and drinks.

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and I enjoyed my meal. I ordered the chicken pho and honeydew Boba Smoothie. The chicken was fresh and tender. The boba is very flavorful. Both were delicious, and I will definitely have it again. The only downside was that it was really cold in the building so wear a sweater or jacket. I think the ambiance can use a little work. It was dim and cold. The inside needs more lighting. They definitely should open the blinds and not have it so cold. It’s hard to enjoy your food if the setting isn’t right. I highly recommend this place.

The service was quick and pleasant and holiday music was playing. The Pho broth was amazing. It had a hint of sweet to it. Came out with Thai basil, bean sprout, Thai chili (awesome with the sweetness)and lime. Also had an assortment of condiments on the table. I’ve been to a few spots that those condiment came in clutch! This place doesn’t need them(in my opinion). I’ll definitely be back!
