What a gem! My first time at Latah Bistro. It was phenomenal. Outstanding food, very professional wait-staff, and cool atmosphere without being self-conscious about it.
One of our friends who was with us, owned restaurants in California and Seattle and she said it was the best food that she’s had in a restaurant in many many years.

Great menu, great live music. Especially music on Wednesdays ( currently December 2025..). The pizzas and salads are excellent. Moody, dark atmosphere and perfect size restaurant make for a cozy date night, or girls night out !

Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with these incredible drinks and appetizers! Start with a Heat Wave cocktail that packs a punch with vodka, jalapeño, passionfruit liquor, and triple sec. Or, try a refreshing Pomegranate Margarita made with tequila, pomegranate, lime, and triple sec.
Indulge in a Butter Board layered with smoked honey butter and rosemary, served with delicious applesauce with pistachio and sourdough bread. And don’t miss out on the Carrots that are cooked to perfection with smoked honey butter and blackened dill, served with pork rinds. It’s no wonder why these Carrots are so addictive
The beet salad with a brown butter vinaigrette, frisee, and crispy onions was a good side choice
My hubby ordered the steaks and couldn’t stop raving about how it was comparable to Churchills – that’s how good it was!
As for me, I got the halibut; it was a good-sized portion. The chard vegetables- asparagus, were delicious. And the best part? We ended our meal with a warm, gooey blueberry cobbler that was just divine!
Oh, I almost forgot! There are no kid’s menus, but our server suggested either pizza or they can serve butter noodles

Flavors are bold and chefs have mastered art of combining flavors and textures. Kale side salad had all the right elements as did the Cajun-potato-bacon-bisque soup. Wine list is deep, try the meatloaf sandwich. Atmosphere is relaxed, shorts and a tee-shirt or tux. 3 season outdoor seating, and loads of free parking. Overall vibe is classy, fun, artistic, and seriously good food!

This places atmosphere was sooo relaxed! I really liked it. Our drinks were 10/10. I had all the drinks under the gin drinks and they were all crafted to perfection.
I had the appetizer flatbread and it was perfectly crisp and delicious.

Restaurant Week in Spokane, WA. Looking through the Inlander, found Latah Creek. We ordered red wine and I had The drink High Falutin, a citrus taste, yummy . We ordered Bistro salad and Grilled Octopus Salad. We both had the Pork Saltimbocca, pork wrapped in Prosciutto, fingerling potatoes, sage, jus and shallots. Incredible tastes! Dessert: Lemon Tart and Bucket of Love Anchor chili chocolate muffins. The vibe festive, staff smiling and attentive. Lots of free parking!
