I came to Lassos Gaucho in Fort Lauderdale, and it’s officially the only churrascaria I truly enjoy in South Florida nowadays. Nothing compares to the way they prepare their meat. Every bite, every cut is flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right.
Aside from the amazing food, the service is top tier. I never once had to think about what I needed because they were always there at the right time. Fabio served us today, and he was incredible!! He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel comfortable. He even took time to talk with us and get to know us, which made the experience even better. By the end of dinner, we found out he’s a fan of our team, so that was the cherry on top.
Overall, it was a great night at Lassos. Highly recommend!

I have never been to a restaurant where the staff was as friendly and professional as they are here! EVERYONE was SO nice, friendly, accommodating, professional, etc. Special shout out to the hostess (I apologize as her name is slipping but she was there Friday night, 2/6)…and of course a shout out to our server Daniel. This was our first time coming here and we were celebrating my birthday as well as my boyfriends who’s was during the week. We will be back!!!! The food was also incredible (as we anticipated going in because several friends highly recommended Lasso). The lamb and lamb chops…omg…(my favorite) were cooked to absolute perfection and absolutely mouthwatering. I could go on an on but wow, I am beyond impressed and can’t wait to go back. Thank you!!!

Fabio was an exceptional server at Lasso Gaucho. From the very beginning, he made us feel welcome with a friendly, professional, and attentive attitude. He knew the menu perfectly, recommended excellent cuts of meat and side dishes, and was always making sure our experience was perfect.
His service was fast, respectful, and full of positive energy. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Fabio definitely made our visit to Lasso Gaucho even more special.

Amazing food, very nice and elegant restaurant. Service was excellent! Meat cuts where all very good and high quality. Salad bar is huge and very tasty. Most desserts are included, cheesecake was amazing and lava cake was pretty good. Would come back. Recommended!!

The atmosphere was beautiful. One of the waiters said that most people only want the rodizio and don’t try the other foods that they bring around the table and that it was the full experience. Their house ravioli in the white sauce was really good/different. Stroganoff was really good as well. Our waiter Fabio was very kind and accommodating to whatever our party needed. We went for a birthday & even had a profesional singer come to our table and sing as well 🙂 when you go, ask for Fabio

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Pricey? Yes. But it’s worth every penny. Fabio was our server. He was fantastic!! Nice, patient, excellent customer service. My wife is pregnant of twins, and it’s a high risk pregnancy. Fabio excelled on the service by alerting us on some food restrictions my wife should avoid. 5 stars to Fabio!!!

The atmosphere was classy. It wasn’t too loud or too quiet. The service was very attentive & kind. The food was good. I really liked the ravioli, the filet mignon, and the shrimp. My only con was that the salad dressings were mislabeled so I couldn’t find the ranch dressing & the chocolate molten cake could have been more moist. The expresso was a nice touch at the end. Would go again overall.

The first time I came here the food and service was outstanding but this time around the service wasn’t there. I had reservations for 9:45 and didn’t get seated till 10:30-10:40. Once we got seated the waiter that was taking care of us I only saw once for the rest of the night. Luckily the pitcher of water was right behind me so I got up and served myself. I would see the meat carving gentleman come out and pass our area and we barely got anything, once they did come by I requested for lamb about 5 times and I didn’t get any until after I was full. A different waiter ended up coming by and we just requested the check to leave, that took another 30 minutes or so, at this point we were the only ones in this section and maybe the 5th table in the whole restaurant that was there. I decided to get up to go to the hostess to pay up front but nobody there. A nice waiter named Lisseth saw me and asked if I needed help and right away attended us once she finished her table. She was super sweet and saw her more times than our actual waiter the whole night. I also saw all the tables get a rose but unfortunately we didn’t get one. Granted it was Valentine’s Day and it was packed but a restaurant should plan and train for special occasions like this.

Food was amazing and fresh. The salad bar was fresh and had variety. Will definitely be back and bringing my mom next time. The ambiance is very clean and classy. The servers are all over the place and constantly checking if you need anything or want more food/meat. The meat was delicious and tasted fresh. Nothing was over cooked. The desert was also delicious. We had the passion fruit mousse. You won’t be disappointed! Its worth every penny. Very nice date spot, birthday dinner celebration, and just over all nice meal if that’s what your looking for. Lasso, my hubby and I will very back soon!.
